hugocasaandClaude Opus 5.5 52a8751d12 fix(frontend): keep optional-peer lockfile entries so npm 10 npm ci accepts it

Dependabot regenerated package-lock.json with a newer npm that pruned
svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch and svelte/node_modules/@typescript-eslint/types
and flipped dev flags on platform binaries. npm 10 (Cloudflare Pages) then
refuses `npm ci` with "Missing: ... from lock file". Restore main's lockfile
and change only the colord entry to 2.10.0.
