Diego Imbert 58cdf44529 refactor(apps): drop (app as any).draft_path casts in AppRow

`ListableApp.draft_path` is declared in openapi.yaml (and the apps.rs type), so
the regenerated `$lib/gen` client types it — the `as any` casts were only
papering over a stale local gen client. Read `app.draft_path` directly, matching
FlowRow/ScriptRow.

Windmill frontend

The Windmill frontend written in Svelte 5 + Tailwind CSS
