`set draft`, `setMeta`, `UserDraft.save`, and `UserDraft.saveMeta` all read `state.val` before writing it (to preserve existing rev metadata). When called from inside a `$effect` — as AppEditor does to mirror its reactive `$state` into the handle — the read subscribes the effect to the entry's `$state` cell that the write then mutates, producing an `effect_update_depth_exceeded` loop. Wrap the reads in `untrack` so mirrors don't self-trigger.
