Guilhem LemouelandClaude Opus 5 730ccf2a81 docs: the handle's comment describes what the handle does

It claimed a click holds the sidebar card open. Nothing distinguishes a click
from a hover there — both call the same opener, and the pointer leaving
schedules the close either way — so on a desktop the card follows the pointer
and goes when it goes. Measured: hovering slides the rail from -213 to 5, the
click moves nothing, and the pointer leaving puts it back at -213.
