hugocasaandClaude Opus 5 77c5cf1c67 feat(onboarding): let a known touch point still ask the use case

An onboarding profile can now carry `survey: 'ask' | 'skip'`. With a known
`touch_point` and `survey: 'ask'`, onboarding skips the source question but
still asks the use case. Absent (or `'skip'`) keeps skipping both.

Windmill frontend

The Windmill frontend written in Svelte 5 + Tailwind CSS

The frontend is under AGPL, see the LICENSE file at the root of this repo
