Diego ImbertandClaude Opus 4.8 a61db9e43b refactor(frontend): drop redundant current-workspace URL appends (stage 3)

Now that the logged layout reflects the active workspace into ?workspace=
on every navigation, the hand-threaded ?workspace=${$workspaceStore} in the
flows/scripts/run add/edit/get pages is redundant. Remove those appends
(keeping other params like version/nodraft). Foreign-workspace links
(job.workspace_id, the "see in other workspace" picker) are intentionally
left intact since they cross workspaces.
