* fix(apps): let entitled viewers read pre-existing S3 files from deployed apps Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(apps): confine S3 viewer fallback to full unscoped sessions A scope-restricted token (e.g. apps:read:<app>, or an app-embed token) is allowed on apps_u/* but rejected by the route-scope middleware on job_helpers/*, so granting it the viewer fallback would be a new capability it cannot obtain directly. Gate the fallback on scopes.is_none() so only full sessions (which can already read via job_helpers) delegate; scoped and anonymous callers stay gated. Add a scoped-token isolation assertion. Reuse that semantics via a shared is_effectively_unscoped helper so the relaxation covers exactly the tokens that gain no new capability, while genuinely scoped tokens stay gated. This folder holds all backend components, the src/ folder only contains files used to build the "root" binary.
Components
