* feat: one Entra app for the Teams bot and ms_teams Graph connect Adds the ms_teams registry provider (Microsoft Graph) and moves the Teams OAuth setting from key teams to ms_teams: a migration copies the entry and keeps teams for rolling upgrades, and readers fall back to teams. The Graph connect URLs come from the setting's tenant. The settings tile is no longer EE-locked; the bot stays enterprise-only.
