This helps to avoid bloating kumo-server-common, and makes it easier to group related functions together in the docs. The original names are still usable; we'll remove them in a future release.

# `kumo.toml_encode(VALUE)`

Attempts to encode VALUE as its TOML equivalent, and returns that value
|
|
serialized as a string.
|
|
|
|
This is logically the opposite of [kumo.toml_parse](toml_parse.md).
|
|
|
|
