Wez Furlong bb20a9b005 resolve !Send async call issue with lua

This commit does a bit of a dance to setup a thread pool that
runs a LocalSet that allows !Send futures, such as those generated
by mlua's async support, to be spawned.

$ cargo install stylua --features lua54

Then you can format both the rust and the lua code:
