ci(node): share the linux job's Rust cache with the arrow-compat legs

rust-cache keys on the job id, so the new job built cold every run (about
7.5 min) while the linux job restored a cache and built in 2 min. Point the
arrow-compat legs at the linux job's key; they build the same crate with
the same profile.
