docs: fix TypeScript file paths in AGENTS.md (#4612)

Lines 105-106 of AGENTS.md tell agents to add TypeScript methods in
`nodejs/src/table.ts` and `nodejs/src/native_table.ts`. Neither file
exists; the abstract `Table` class and the concrete `LocalTable` class
are both in `nodejs/lancedb/table.ts`. An agent following these steps
searches for files that are not there.

This updates both paths. Docs-only, no code change.

Suggested by LanceDB support (Daisuke) after I reported it by email.
