The `attr` project is unrelated to `attrs` that also provides the `attr`
namespace (see also <https://hynek.me/articles/import-attrs/>).
It used to _usually_ work, because attrs is a dependency of aiohttp and
somehow took precedence over `attr`'s `attr`.
