fix: pin napi crates back, avoiding upstream version-skew build break

napi-derive-backend 6.1.2 emits code referencing `NativeBorrowScope`/
`NativeBorrowBarrier`, which aren't exported from `napi::bindgen_prelude`
until a napi release newer than 3.12.0. Pin napi, napi-derive,
napi-derive-backend, and napi-build back to their previous versions so
the other bumps in this group can land; napi will need its own dedicated
upgrade once upstream releases a matching napi/napi-derive-backend pair.
