📊 Executive Summary

We have successfully implemented the TDD approach for the three highest priority remediation elements identified in our ADR adherence analysis. This represents a major milestone in transforming our already excellent implementation from "100% ADR compliant" to "exemplary production-ready."

COMPLETED IMPLEMENTATIONS

1. Cargo Nextest Configuration

Status: FULLY IMPLEMENTED

  • Configuration: Created .nextest/config.toml with proper profiles
  • Profiles: Default, CI, and Performance profiles configured
  • Testing: Successfully tested with Button component (25 tests passed)
  • Benefits: Prevents test hanging, improves execution speed, better parallelization
