Compile kq_imcx extension (#3568)

## Describe your changes
Compiles kq_imcx extension

At this moment, there are some issues with the extension:
1. I'm cloning it directly from the master branch. It's better to fetch
tag/archive
2. PG14:

Note: I don't think we need to publish info about this extension in the
docs.
