Fix comment in Control Plane (#8406)

## Problem
There are something wrong in the comment of
`control_plane/src/broker.rs` and `control_plane/src/pageserver.rs`

## Summary of changes
Fixed the comment about component name and their data path in
`control_plane/src/broker.rs` and `control_plane/src/pageserver.rs`.
