removal of pg_embedding (#11440)

## Problem

The `pg_embedding` extension has been deprecated and can cause issues
with recent changes such as with
https://github.com/neondatabase/neon/issues/10973

## Summary of changes

Removed `pg_embedding` extension from the compute image.
