refer to our rust-postgres.git fork by branch name (#5894)

Browse Source 
This way, `cargo update -p tokio-postgres` just works. The `Cargo.toml`
communicates more clearly that we're referring to the `main` branch. And
the git revision is still pinned in `Cargo.lock`.
