## Problem
Do not allow new installation of deprecated `hnsw` extension.
The same approach as in https://github.com/neondatabase/neon/pull/5345
## Summary of changes
- Remove `trusted = true` from `hnsw.control`
- Remove `hnsw` related targets from Makefile
Updated the description that appears for hnsw when you query extensions:

## Problem
HNSW index is created in memory.
Try to prevent OOM by checking of available RAM.
