a-masterov 1fb2faab5b Rename the patch files for the semver test (#10966) ...

## Problem
The patch for `semver` extensions relies on `PG_VERSION` environment
variable. The files were named without the letter `v` so script cannot
find them.
## Summary of changes
The patch files were renamed.
