* fix: correct 1pctl password complexity validation

`isValidPassword("newPassword")` passed a literal string and the condition was inverted, so the complexity check never ran. Extract the validation into a testable helper and cover both the enabled and disabled paths.

Woolsen b851c84290 fix(container): reset sort to default when cleared (#14140) 
The container list opens with name ascending but shows no sort indicator. Clearing the name sort kept the previous descending order, so two no-indicator states represented different orders. Reset the request to the default name ascending when the sort is cleared.

Add a creation time column to the container list. The column uses the backend createdAt order field and displays the existing createTime value. It follows the standard three-state sort cycle, starting with newest first.
