Use Seafile 14 default startup command

Remove the stale Seafile 13.0.25 pro rename command, which targets a path absent from the 13.0.28 image and breaks Seafile 14 startup. Keep the bundled pro module and use the image entrypoint. The exact 13.0.28 to 14.0.9 1Panel upgrade smoke passes after the change.
