fix: update SendJugglerMouseEvent implementation for Firefox 146 compatibility

- Added isPWDragEventMessage boolean flag declaration in nsContentUtils.cpp
- Added handling for custom Playwright drag event messages (pwdragstart, pwdragover, pwdrop)
- Updated SendJugglerMouseEvent to return NS_ERROR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED with TODO comment
- Removed SendMouseEventCommon call that is not available in Firefox 146
- Added jugglerEventId parameter to mouseOrPointerEvent initialization
