fix(deploy): remove fixed container resource limits

Allow the default Compose deployment to run on hosts with fewer than two CPUs and leave CPU and memory policy to the deployment environment. Validated the rendered Docker Compose configuration. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
