Unify plugin settings and version management, support plugin icons,
and improve narrow layouts. Use the fixed GitHub UI dependency and pnpm 12
for standalone frontend and container builds. Reduce runtime test packaging
cost and align preparation modules with the repository layout.

Derive a dedicated popover header component token so light themes keep clear separation from striped table rows while dark themes retain the softer tertiary fill.
Apply the token consistently to structured popover headers and the health timeline arrow, and expose it through the theme editor.
Validated across all preset light and dark palettes, token overrides, frontend lint, typecheck and production build.

Rename primary, semantic and preset background roles to container and their paired foreground roles to on-container across derivation, CSS variables, utilities, consumers and documentation.
Preserve existing palette values and contrast relationships while making text on neutral surfaces distinct from content inside semantic containers.
