Publish the configuration template and Compose file with release checksums, pin the packaged Compose image to the release version, and include the template in platform archives.
Download deployment assets from one release tag, link versioned deployment documentation, and translate the release installation notes into Chinese.
Validated Actionlint, stable and prerelease packaging for all platforms, SHA-256 checksums, and resolved Docker Compose image versions.

Keep documentation focused on current contracts, responsibilities, and required operations. Define when PRs need documentation updates and consolidate setup commands with explicit ownership and permissions.

Unify problem validation, official implementation references, and overlap checks across repository guidance and skills. Clarify issue release evidence and deployment-aware UI verification, and simplify the README overview and navigation.

Define shared contribution and review standards, add a YAML Issue Form,
and guard AGENTS.md changes using PR metadata.
Move project skills into .agents/skills and add PR, Issue, and release
workflows with consistent names and scoped triggers. Keep generic
engineering guidance in the personal skill directory.

Enforce daily and seven-day client key budgets with a durable charge ledger,
and route provider requests through each account's configured proxy.
Preserve backend plan display names and Codex personal access token imports.
Keep PAT validation on the selected proxy, preserve credential refreshes
when account egress changes, and include the upstream SOCKS IPv6 fix.
Use the PR migration layout, keep the account proxy and key forms aligned
with existing controls, and document the ownership and settlement rules
in the architecture guide.
Validation: 1942 workspace tests passed with isolated PostgreSQL/Redis;
strict Clippy, rustfmt, frontend lint/build, and migration checks passed.

Condense the feature overview and client setup guidance, and link to detailed operational documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Validation: checked local Markdown links, anchors, shell syntax and diff whitespace.

Download Compose and configuration files directly for installation, and
wait for healthy services before the first health check. Align deployment
paths and image upgrade instructions with the installation directory,
while documenting source checkout requirements for development and builds.
Validation: checked 16 shell examples and 17 local documentation links;
downloaded the deployment files into a temporary directory and verified
Compose configuration and a startup dry run without a source checkout.

Refocus the README on installation, client setup and common questions. Consolidate native image generation, auth.json compatibility and obsolete Codex settings in the existing deployment guide.
Correct account import formats, API references, backup recovery and password rotation guidance. Synchronize architecture, theme, migration and repository skill documentation without adding new documents or changing temporary investigation notes.
Validated 53 local links, 22 shell examples, generated configuration parity and TOML syntax, Compose configuration, skill metadata and whitespace checks.

Remove unsupported review and model extension routes, preserve review semantics on standard Responses requests, and refine usage observability for review and empty performance data.

Dispatch releases from the long-lived publishing branch so Cargo caches are shared across version tags. Store prebuilt image caches in per-architecture GHCR refs and include toolchain and workspace manifests in Cargo cache invalidation.

Collapse the completed response ID, service tier, and quota cooldown changes into the fresh-database baseline. Refresh the migration contract and state consistently that cross-major online upgrades are unsupported.

Each document was verified claim by claim against the source. Corrections
that mattered: client API keys have no per-key model scoping; admin
requests never need to send x-request-id and the configurable header name
does not apply to admin authentication; GET /v1/models serves two distinct
response shapes depending on client_version; the crate dependency rules
are convention rather than machine-enforced across all crates; the HTTP
server and worker runtime live in gateway-host, not apps/gateway; the
OpenAI path forwards upstream bytes verbatim over both SSE and WebSocket
while xAI translates between the Grok and Responses wires. Document the
graceful-shutdown budget, the CORS contract, the migration freeze rule,
and the integration-test environment variables, and drop the stale login
throttling references.

The release body ships on every future release, so a hardcoded "from
2.x" would be stale by 4.0. State the invariant instead: schema and
configuration are compatible within a major only, and self-update refuses
cross-major targets from 3.0 on.

The runtime cross-major gate only exists in 3.x binaries; a 2.x admin UI
happily offers the one-click update that produces a non-starting service.
State the clean break in the three places a 2.x operator actually sees
before upgrading: the top of every 3.x GitHub Release body, the README
operations section, and the deploy README upgrade section, each with the
fresh-deployment path (new .runtime/, re-import or re-authorize accounts
and client keys).

Restore provider-owned identity profiles, credential refresh, cache routing, model catalogs, and runtime configuration across OpenAI and xAI without compatibility paths.
Keep deployment configuration, frontend visibility, and architecture documentation aligned with the finalized multi-provider boundary.

Move control-plane use cases, host lifecycle, provider capabilities, execution orchestration, and worker contracts into their final owners while keeping the application bootstrap as a thin composition root.
Restore verified OpenAI transport, continuation, pooling, fingerprint, accounting, and observability semantics, and retain the validated xAI multi-account integration.

Rebuild the backend as the frozen gateway workspace with a single PostgreSQL schema, provider-owned OpenAI and xAI boundaries, and mirrored domain tests.
Restore the admin product contracts for accounts, model catalogs, usage observability, billing details, and provider-scoped settings without compatibility shims.

Keep the public README terse and operational, and align the repository skills with the current lifecycle, transport, validation, and release boundaries.

Use deploy/config.yaml as the structured source for application settings and service credentials, with strict validation and runtime-relative paths.
Consolidate Compose assets under deploy, remove obsolete environment and smoke files, keep terminal logs readable while retaining JSON file output, and refresh the Codex Desktop fingerprint.

Keep replay history within the active downstream WebSocket, rotate failed requests through the configured account scheduler, and retain only bounded response ownership metadata in Redis.\n\nRemove duplicate account retries, bound transport waits and runtime maps, defer noncritical stream persistence, and cover the recovery and timeout paths with integration tests.

Improve account and API key filtering, sorting, responsive layouts, table loading, usage reporting, and billing semantics across the admin interface.
Remove obsolete compact-route handling, normalize model metadata, and add process-wide draining for HTTP streams and WebSockets during restart.

Expose the official Responses WebSocket endpoint so Codex can retry interrupted turns without proxy-side response splicing.
Preserve upstream frames under backpressure, report pump exit reasons, organize Responses handlers by transport, and poll fingerprint updates daily. Keep the warning policy in the backend manifest instead of a repository-wide Cargo config.
