zyycnandCodex d94bca33dd refactor: remove SQLite migration support 
Remove the import-sqlite command, bootstrap importer, migration fixtures and tests, and the SQLx SQLite feature.

Keep the runtime and project documentation focused exclusively on PostgreSQL and Redis storage.
