ZyyandCodex 1424cea3a9 feat(proxies): add enablement and automatic account unbinding ...

Preserve proxy configuration and account bindings while disabled and route
subsequent account requests directly. Restore the proxy when enabled.

Automatically unbind accounts on deletion in one transaction. Add the
status column, action menu, and disable/delete confirmation messages.
