test(protocol): enable Runtime before child binding navigation

Browse Source 
Load the initial Document and enable Runtime before navigating, then wait for the child's loading event before retaining its execution context. Chromium also reproduces the missing-binding TypeError when Runtime is enabled only after the child context is created, so the previous test depended on scheduling order.

Include the complete evaluate response in assertion diagnostics.
