ldm0 eb59de7364 perf(v8): use pointer-compressed PartitionAlloc where available 
Use pointer-compressed rusty_v8 archives and their bundled PartitionAlloc shim on Linux x86_64 GNU and macOS. Preserve the existing jemalloc or system allocator on unsupported targets, and remove the custom archive-mutation workaround.
