fix(keymap): bind table editor Submit and Revert in the VS Code presets

The VS Code presets list every IntelliJ action explicitly, and the table
editor's Submit / Revert actions were missing there (keymap.test.ts failed).
They use ⌘↩ / ⌥⌘Z (Ctrl+Enter / Ctrl+Alt+Z on Windows), active only while a
table editor's grid has focus.
