l0ng-ai 1789dbb98e fix(tools): run Kotlin LSP's launcher, not its deprecated wrapper script (#1310) ...

Current Kotlin LSP releases launch with bin/intellij-server; the
kotlin-lsp.sh / kotlin-lsp.cmd wrappers the installer picked now print a
deprecation warning and are announced to go away, which would leave a
fresh install without a server. The installer prefers the launcher and
still finds the wrappers in older releases.
