## Test PR for Claude Review Workflow
This PR tests the updated Claude PR review workflow that:
1. Maintains a **single rolling comment** instead of creating new ones
on each push
2. Tracks resolved issues in a strikethrough section
3. Uses concise format (1-2 sentences per issue)
### Test Plan
1. First push - Claude should create initial review comment
2. Make a fix commit - Claude should update same comment, move fixed
issues to "Resolved"
3. Another commit - Should continue updating same comment

fix: remove delete bad dashboards migration (#9860)
### **User description**
From v0.14.6-rc9 to v0.40.0 migration is currently broken for dashboards
with label position . This pr fixes this by removing the migration. The
dashboard migration generally happens through UI, no migration needed by
backend.

feat: incident detail drawer enhancements - telemetry tabs and alert graph (#9719)
