- Implemented parseWhereClauseToFilter to convert raw WHERE clause text
into a structured filter format.
- Added extractWhereClause to retrieve the WHERE clause from a full SQL
query.
- Enhanced unit tests for both functions to cover various scenarios
including empty inputs, valid conditions, and error handling.
