chore(sidebar): clean up residual styles from bell removal

- Drop dead flex-col/gap-2 on the status rail — only one child remains
- Factor shared text-foreground out of the repo-chip ternary
- Revert unrelated PR link color drift in WorktreeCardMeta to restore
  parity with IssueSection
