perf(crash): read live terminal buffers without materializing pane views

getLiveTerminalBufferCensus walked manager.getPanes(), which builds a 10-field
public view per pane purely to reach .terminal — the waste getPaneCount() was
already added to avoid, in the adjacent function. Prefer a count-only
getPaneBufferCensus() on PaneManager and keep the getPanes() walk as fallback.

Measured 2.5x cheaper at 200 panes (1.24us vs 3.14us per call) and 2.3x at
1000 (6.85us vs 15.97us). Reported numbers are unchanged.
