fix(resource-usage): move orphan chip from header to summary line

The yellow "N orphans" chip lived next to the Resource Usage title in
the header, taking valuable horizontal space and competing visually
with the title. Move it to the right side of the CPU/memory summary
line — same row as "of system RAM" — so it stays visible without
crowding the header.
