Classify agentSessionCaptureVersion in the host-split ownership table (#5356)

The new WorkspaceSessionState field must be classified in the exhaustive
FIELD_OWNERSHIP table or the compile-time guard (and CI typecheck) fails.
It is a session-level capability stamp, not worktree/tab keyed, so it rides
the local blob; main re-stamps each host session on write.
