docs(orca-cli): correct terminal split --direction semantics (#9038)

The orca-cli skill guide said `--direction horizontal` splits left/right and
`vertical` splits top/bottom, but terminal panes map `vertical` to a
side-by-side split (flexDirection 'row'), matching the "Split terminal right"
menu. Swap the wording and regenerate the bundled guides.
