Electron validation launched this branch with `ORCA_BACKGROUND_LAUNCH=1`, attached over CDP, and
verified the app identity before interaction. A real Claude session spawned a real subagent from
the UI. While the child worked, the visible parent row stayed `Working`, the backing entry exposed
the child as `working`, and its `stateStartedAt` held at `1789973127195` while later child activity
advanced `updatedAt` to `1789973140619`. The row then visibly settled to `Done` after the child
completed. The renderer console had no errors.
