Neilandwelldoingk 50da78aa85 fix(mobile): detect New Workspace agents in the selected repo runtime
Pass the selected repository to New Workspace agent detection through the host-authoritative runtime resolver, including WSL paths and Windows project preferences. Preserve old-client request shape, SSH routing, and strict ownership/refusal behavior.

This merge credits @welldoingk’s original WSL agent-detection investigation and community PR #20101, adapted to the current host-resolved contract.

Jinwoo Hong f47f632bd7 feat(mobile): Home's New Workspace opens the desktop's create drawer over Home (native part ships with the next app build) (#31305)
* fix(mobile): the home screen's New Workspace opens the create sheet again

The native host-list route dropped the home screen's action=newWorktree when it built
the page's route, so the page opened as a plain list. The route now forwards it, and
the page names it back once applied so a reload does not reopen the sheet.

Reaches phones only with the next native build.

* test(mobile): drop the New Workspace tests that only re-check types and a null guard

* fix(mobile): Home's New Workspace opens the create sheet over Home

Replaces the action=newWorktree route hand-off. The quick action picks a
host (as Tasks does), then mounts the host's create sheet on Home; a
create opens the new workspace's session marked as just created.

The sheet controller becomes a plain visible/onClose component, and the
host screen's route-action state, the action route param and its builder
are deleted.

* fix(mobile): Home's create sheet seeds only proven worktree rows

Home's cold-start seed is a pathless resume row that the name suggester
cannot read, so the sheet now seeds from proven rows and is keyed by host.
The host screen gets one setter for the sheet's visibility and its ref.

* test(mobile): name the Home new-workspace test after the screen it renders

* proto(mobile): Home's New Workspace opens a native drawer hosting the page's create form

Home pushes /new-workspace/<host>, a react-native-screens formSheet over Home whose content is
MobileWebShellScreen for the page route /h/<host>/new-workspace. The page renders the shared
Create Workspace form with its drawers inline, so the form and its pickers fill the native
drawer. The shell's loading, download and failure states render inside the drawer. Prototype only.

* proto(mobile): the New Workspace drawer is the host screen's own sheet over a transparent modal

The native route is a transparentModal hosting the shell over Home; the page route renders the
host screen's NewWorktreeModal on a transparent page, so the drawer is the same component. While
the page loads, the shell shows a placeholder of that sheet (scrim, grabber, spinner or download
bar), and the page's sheet opens in place without its slide. A host that cannot serve the page
(old desktop, blocked, failed) opens the host list instead of a wall in a drawer.

* feat(mobile): Home's New Workspace opens the page's create drawer over a dimmed Home

A transparent native overlay route hosts the host picker and then the page's
/h/[hostId]/new-workspace route, which renders the same NewWorktreeModal as the
host screen's +. The native scrim matches the drawer backdrop and the page's
first drawer opens already dimmed, so Home stays dimmed throughout. Old desktops
without the route fall back to the host list.

* fix(mobile): one loading layer for Home's New Workspace overlay

The overlay route owns a single tappable loading layer (spinner, or the
download on a small card) that stays mounted from the pick until the page
paints, so the fade and spinner no longer restart per shell state. The shell
reports its load and shows the host list for anything it cannot open; the
picker hands the pick over at once and keeps sliding away. The page's first
drawer takes the dimmed backdrop once, and a gate's overlay pending view no
longer stacks a second scrim over a mounted stack. Native /h/[hostId]/new-workspace
redirects to the overlay. Drops the unused session-route params, the
clipboard grant, and pass-through tests.

* feat(mobile): New Workspace loads in a short drawer over an undimmed Home

While the page loads, the overlay shows one short native drawer in the shared
drawer chrome with a spinner or the download, and nothing dims Home: a tap
above it, a drag down or Back cancels. The page's real drawer then slides up
with its own backdrop exactly as on the host screen's +. Drops the native
scrim, the loading card and the already-dimmed backdrop handoff; the overlay's
WebView stays invisible until the page paints, since a fresh one draws opaque.

* feat(mobile): the New Workspace loading drawer dims Home like any drawer

The short loading drawer opens with the shared drawer backdrop and show
duration, and a tap on that backdrop, a drag down or Back cancels. It stays
in the screen's own window (a native Modal over the loading WebView stalls
the page) and goes in the frame the page paints: the shell reports its load
from a layout effect so the WebView shows and the drawer leaves together.

* fix(mobile): the page's first paint waits for a drawer opening with it

A drawer opening as its page screen mounts holds that screen's first-paint
report until its open animation ends, through a hold on the existing report
rather than a new bridge message. The New Workspace overlay's loading drawer
now stays until the create drawer is up, so a cold open no longer shows Home
undimmed between the two.

* refactor(mobile): the New Workspace overlay owns its exits; the loading drawer fades out

The shell no longer imports the feature: an overlay is a shell with
onOverlayLoad, which reports `unavailable` for what it cannot show, and the
overlay route opens the host list for every exit. HostProtocolGate takes one
transparentWhilePending flag. The loading drawer's drag handler follows a
stable cancel, and on paint the drawer fades out eased in, as the shell's page
cover does, because the WebView takes a frame or two to show the page after it
is revealed; removing it outright left Home undimmed for those frames.

* Revert "fix(mobile): the page's first paint waits for a drawer opening with it"

This reverts commit be0913b9d5.

* fix(mobile): Home's host picker leaves when there is no desktop to pick

An unreadable host catalog, or offered desktops that are all gone, left the
picker invisible inside the transparent overlay, holding a screen over Home
with nothing to dismiss it. The catalog read now resolves to no hosts on
failure, and an empty pick list goes back to Home.

* fix(mobile): Home's create drawer names SSH hosts as the host screen does

The page drawer opened from Home passed no host labels, so a project on an SSH
host showed its run target by raw host id. Reading the SSH target summaries
and display overrides moves into one function that both the host screen's
metadata fetch and the page drawer call.

Jinwoo Hong 92bbb380a6 Sidebar: land the switch-on fixes from the flip branch on main, switch still off (#31466)
* fix(sidebar): land flip-a's switch-on fixes on main, still dark (no flip)

The fixes found while the sidebar ran from main's feed, without turning
that on: ORCA_SIDEBAR_INPUTS_IS_MAIN stays false, and none of flip-a's
stop-gaps come along.

- Main stops counting a closed tab's terminal once it was asked to stop
and no pane shows it; a failed or refused stop takes the request back,
and a host out of contact stays unverifiable.
- Main fetches a paired server's rows with the transport's normal bound,
so a server slower than 5 s still lists.
- A deferred unread raise flips the folder row it was decided for, and a
read while the owner check is out cancels it.
- Phone: no worktree.ps flash before the feed; a host's last installed
feed stands in while a fresh read is out; it highlights its own
last-opened workspace and a fold never scrolls; projects file under
their project group with the desktop's indent; the collapse spinner
shows only after 500 ms; "Reopen to update" keeps the rows on screen.
- e2e helpers and journeys for the switch-on suite.

* fix(sidebar): keep an owed relay stop marked, clear a thrown stop, and prune pending unread raises

- A stop-and-wait that throws takes its stop request back, like one that fails.
- A final stop the legacy relay still owes stays marked, since the relay retries it.
- Pending unread raises are tracked only while one waits, so the map no longer grows.
- The paired-server fallback poll test gives its third fetch a reply and asserts live.

Neil 749aadcbc8 fix(mobile): pick a cloud dictation model from the phone (#31221)
* fix(mobile): pick a cloud dictation model from the phone

The dictation setup sheet and Voice settings showed OpenAI models as
read-only text, so a host that lists only cloud models (Windows orca
serve, managed SSH or WSL servers) left the phone with nothing to pick.
A ready cloud row is now selectable through the same speech.dictation.setup
modelId write as a downloaded model; a cloud row without a key says to add
it on the paired computer instead of "Set up on desktop".

Neil aa07d5891a fix(mobile): break the transport and terminal-document import cycles, and gate cycles after mobile's install (#30290)
* fix(mobile): break the transport and terminal-document import cycles and gate them after mobile's install

client-context re-exported the host-client hooks, which import client-context back: the re-export
barrel is gone and importers (and their test mocks) name host-client-hooks directly. In the terminal
document, the cell-metric getters move to a leaf cell-metrics module and select-mode entry/exit to
selection-mode, so fit, transform, overlay and range no longer import each other. pr.yml lints imports
before mobile's install, when mobile's tsconfig can't load, so Mobile verify now runs the same import
rules over mobile after its install with zero warnings allowed.

* fix(mobile): the browser-pane render harness imports useHostClient from host-client-hooks

Its route source is a template string, so no typecheck saw the removed client-context re-export; the mobile web bundle check did.

* fix(ci): the e2e typecheck ratchet counts the same with or without mobile's install

Specs reach mobile/src/transport, whose expo-crypto and async-storage imports resolve only after mobile's install and then load React Native's globals (numeric timers, a required NODE_ENV), adding errors in unrelated specs. An empty stub pins both, so the static job reads 232 either way.

Jinwoo Hong 90c1c0ac50 feat(mobile): draw the host Accounts screen from the desktop's page (#30020)
* fix(mobile): wall hosts that cannot serve the page instead of opening native screens

* refactor(mobile): drop the native-route state and the shell fallback prop; unknown routes say unavailable

* test(mobile): read the nullable page route refusal in its policy test

* refactor(mobile): every build is the OTA shell; drop the native/OTA build switch

The owner retired the native-screen fallback with no emergency native build, so
EXPO_PUBLIC_MOBILE_SHELL, mobileShellBuildKind, shellSwitchDecision, the Metro
cache-key suffix and both release workflows' shell input go. Every host route
mounts the shell; a route naming no screen the shell could open gets the
existing refusal screen instead of a native screen.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_6cea92f6

* refactor(mobile): delete native screens the OTA shell no longer reaches

With every build the OTA shell, these native siblings run nowhere: the
native-executed closure (index.js plus every non-web route) does not reach
them, and the page resolves their .web siblings. Each .web sibling takes the
plain name, its web-overrides entry goes, and the native-only rich Markdown
editor and Mermaid WebView generators and their outputs go with them.

Kept: native siblings the node test suite still renders shared screens
through (terminal WebView, browser frame path, clipboard, dictation, media
picker, live input, snapshot budget, input styles).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_6cea92f6

* refactor(mobile): drop the dead web route, flag-era comments and the one-value shell kind

The host route files no longer switch, so their comments say what they do now:
a route naming no screen shows the unavailable screen. app/h/[hostId]/web.tsx
duplicated index.tsx and nothing linked to it, so it and its stack entry go
(the bundle sweep is re-measured: 77 scripts at 15 routes). Diagnostics print
the bridge protocol on its own instead of a shell kind that has one value.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_6cea92f6

* refactor(mobile): one host for the rich editor, plain Text, and drop two unused native deps

MobileSelectableText was react-native's Text, so callers use Text. The rich
Markdown editor's host-facing seams (messages, URL prompt, keyboard inset) are
required now that the page is its only host; the WebView defaults go. Comments
that described deleted native components are rewritten, and
expo-image-manipulator and react-native-uitextview leave package.json and the
lockfile.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_6cea92f6

* feat(mobile): draw the host Accounts screen from the desktop's page

Accounts was the last host screen the shell still drew natively, so its
changes needed a phone build. It is now a page route like Tasks: the
screen moves to src/accounts/MobileAccountsScreen.tsx, accounts.web.tsx
renders it on the page, and accounts.tsx mounts the shell for it.

What React Native Web needed: Alert.alert is a no-op there, so the
reset confirmation, its outcome and a failed account switch are
ConfirmModal drawers (ConfirmModal can now drop Cancel for a notice);
Back goes through the route handoff, which pops the shell's stack; and
the reset idempotency key is built from getRandomBytes, since
randomUUID needs a secure context the iOS custom scheme is not.

edit.tsx edits the phone's own pairing and never renders on the page,
so the route manifest leaves it out and the page's host stack does not
declare it. The script sweep is re-measured for the 14-route tree.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(accounts): answer a same-offer Codex reset retry with its recorded outcome; mobile mirrors the desktop

The desktop keeps no client journal for a reset credit: the host's ledger
owns the attempt. A remote client that lost a reply and retried the same
offer under a new key was refused with "already attempted" (or "unknown
outcome" while the provider call was unresolved), which is why the phone
carried its own durable journal to replay the old key.

The coordinator now answers a request for an offer an earlier key already
claimed as that attempt: the settled outcome, the running attempt, or a
resume of the pending one under its original key. A different offer for
the account is still refused while an outcome is unknown, so nothing can
spend twice. The reply shape is the one a same-key replay always had, so
installed clients with their journal read it unchanged.

With that, the Accounts page sends a fresh key per attempt like the
desktop and keeps nothing on the phone: the AsyncStorage journal, its
client singleflight and the retry-record warnings are deleted, and the
journal-resume recording goes with them.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(accounts): resume an account's unresolved Codex reset when the retry names a newer offer

Review follow-ups:
- Host: after an unknown provider outcome the usage refresh moves the
offer, so a retry names a newer one. The coordinator now answers it as
the account's unresolved attempt (resumed under its own key and scope),
as the desktop's consumeCurrent does, instead of refusing forever. One
ledger lookup finds own key, offer claimant, then unresolved attempt.
- Mobile: a reply is matched on target, account and account revision,
not the offer, so the resumed attempt's scope is accepted.
- The key is minted inside requestCodexResetCredit from randomV4Uuid, the
  session helper moved to src/platform/random-v4-uuid.ts.
- RefreshControl goes; the header refresh stays. ConfirmModal's
onConfirm is optional for an OK-only notice.
- Stale journal comments and the mobile docs line are corrected.
- The edit.tsx page exclusion is dropped from this PR; the script sweep
  is re-measured for 15 routes.
- Root oxlint: escape the apostrophe; zod v4 strictObject.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): secure UUID fallback from expo-crypto; pin reset retry routing

- randomV4Uuid never falls back to Math.random: without crypto.randomUUID
it builds the v4 UUID from ExpoCrypto.getRandomBytes, as the old reset
key did. Tests get Node's secure bytes for expo-crypto from the setup
file, since the native module has no Node build.
- Host tests: a new offer after a settled attempt spends again rather
than replaying, and a retry naming a newer offer joins a resumed
attempt in flight (one provider call, original key).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* chore: restore main's bytes for files the merge's pre-commit format touched

The merge commit's lint-staged run reformatted 27 files this PR does not
change. Committed without the hook so they match origin/main exactly.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): stand in for expo-crypto with a Node alias, not a setup-file mock

Anti-slop forbids module mocking outside test files. The vitest config
now aliases expo-crypto to a faithful Node implementation of the names
shared code reaches; a test file's own mock still wins.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

Jinwoo Hong 13084ba347 feat(mobile): long-press a workspace to see its linked PR, issues and notes (#29225)
* fix(mobile): phone server rows follow the desktop's other-client and sleeping filters

A phone created through a desktop now records whom it acted for, so the
desktop's Hide other-client workspaces filter keeps the user's own phone
workspaces (locally and on servers) and hides only other people's.
The desktop relay marks each server row its sidebar would hide, and the
rows its own browser or chat tabs keep awake; the phone applies both.

* test(e2e): dedupe sidebar row ids in the visibility spec

* fix(mobile): address review: owner naming, old-server relayed phones, scope trim

* refactor: move the sidebar's project section grouping into shared

The project sections the desktop sidebar draws under Group by Project are
built from the project/setup projection, the per-host catalog fold, the
endpoint host stamp, and the section labelling and ordering rules. Move the
pure parts of each into src/shared (no behaviour change) so the paired phone
can call the same code instead of guessing the grouping.

* fix(mobile): group by Project with the desktop sidebar's own sections

The phone grouped Project sections by repo display name, so it merged
checkouts the desktop keeps apart (several local stablyai/orca checkouts,
or a server's copy) and split what the desktop merges. The phone now reads
each host's repo.list, project.list and projectHostSetup.list (the desktop's
own and each server's through the relay), folds them with the renderer's
shared catalog fold and projection merge, and builds sections with the
desktop's shared grouping, labelling and ordering code. Keys, labels and
Recent order equal the sidebar's; a host that predates the project lists
gets the repo-derived projection, as the desktop does.

Header colour and icon come from the section's anchor repo and rows from
their own repo by id, as on the desktop. The repo filter lists every
catalog repo by id per host instead of merging same-named repos. Group-by
labels read Project and None. project.list and projectHostSetup.list are
routed for paired phones (read-only, workspace permission).

* refactor(mobile): record a phone's owner as creator and fold desktop tab activity into the host flag

A phone now records its owner as the creator (this host for a directly
paired phone, the relaying desktop for a delegated one), so the shared rule
is unchanged and onBehalfOf is gone. The relay ORs the desktop's saved
browser/chat tabs into hasHostSidebarActivity, so the phone's status dot
follows too, and local worktree.ps counts the same signals. The old-server
fallback is removed.

* test(e2e): poll the phone and the sidebar together in the visibility spec

* fix(mobile): one Project-section builder for desktop and phone, with the desktop's repo order

Review fixes. The sidebar's buildOrderedGroups now calls the shared
buildProjectSections for Group by Project (notice and pending repos are
optional inputs), so desktop and phone run one function. The phone ranks
manual header order by its folded catalog order, which is each host's
repo.list order with the desktop's own repos first, as the renderer loads
them; only the desktop's cross-host manualRepoOrder (pairing-local) is
unknown to it. The projection selector is now a memo over the shared
resolver. A transient project-list failure keeps that host's last catalog;
only forbidden or method_not_found falls back to the repo-derived
projection. Catalog rows are checked on every member grouping reads, and
the parity test answers the renderer's real catalog fetch, includes a
server's own project rows, and fixes Manual and Recent orders that differ.

* fix(mobile): use the repo-derived catalog until a host's project lists first answer

* fix(mobile): the desktop serves its sidebar's Project catalog instead of the phone fetching it

The phone fetched repo.list, project.list and projectHostSetup.list from
the desktop and every relay-ready server each minute and folded them
itself, so rows from offline or older servers fell back to repo sections
and keys moved on cold start.

The desktop renderer now publishes the inputs its own Project headers use
(state.repos in sidebar order, the projection selector's projects and
setups, projectOrderBy) on the runtime window graph it already sends to
main, only when they change. Main keeps the last one and answers it on a
new paired-desktop read, mobileRelay.projectSections. The phone reads it
with its repo metadata and groups with the shared builder; a desktop that
predates the read (forbidden or method_not_found) leaves the phone grouping
rows by repo from the desktop's repo.list, and a transient failure keeps
the last catalog. The payload carries only grouping and label fields, no
hooks, credentials or uploaded icons. The phone's own catalog fetching and
its project.list/projectHostSetup.list routes are removed.

* fix(mobile): keep uploaded repo icons on the phone, and isolate the snapshot tests

* test(e2e): the desktop window serves its sidebar's Project catalog to the phone

* chore(i18n): regenerate the runtime English catalog (drift already on main)

* fix(mobile): read the Project catalog as its own request, outside the recorded repo-metadata flow

The extra read inside the repo-metadata refresh stalled its recorded RPC
sequence. It now runs beside it with its own throttle. The repo-metadata
goldens are re-recorded for the intended state change: the name-keyed
colour, icon and id maps became desktopRepos.

* refactor(sidebar): one shared Workspace options filter and sort evaluator

The sidebar, the jump palette and the options badge each applied the
Workspace options filters with their own copy of the rules. They now
call one pure evaluator in src/shared/workspace-view, which reads each
row through a small fact reader so the phone can call it next with the
facts its host serves. The sort comparator moves there too, with each
surface supplying its own Agent activity rank.

No behaviour change: a parity test runs the old sidebar chain and the
new evaluator over every toggle combination, and the old comparator
against the new one for each sort mode.

* wip: workspace view descriptors

* refactor(sidebar): address review of the shared Workspace options evaluator

One predicate builder instead of a per-row scope argument; one
exemption-narrowing function taking the hide flag; consumers import the
shared predicates directly; Agent activity ties fall to the label in the
shared comparator. The activation filter lift reuses the shared
predicates. The parity test now covers other-client rows, live agent
attention classes and the sort-label map.

* fix(mobile): fetch the Project catalog at once when the screen moves to another host

The refresh window is now kept per client, so a host screen reused for another desktop doesn't wait out the previous host's 60s window before showing its Project headers.

* wip: desktop option items from shared choices

* refactor(sidebar): the Workspace options menu renders from one shared option list

src/shared/workspace-view/workspace-view-options.ts lists every Workspace
options control (Hosts, Projects, Group by, Sort by, Project order, Card
layout, Show properties or Card display, and each filter) with its
section, its English copy, its choices and when it shows. The desktop
menu walks that list and renders each option through a table keyed on
the option key, so a new option fails to compile until the desktop has
a control for it; the phone sheet will do the same.

The choice lists (sort modes, project order, card layout, agent activity
layout, card properties) are derived from the shared ids, and a test
checks the desktop's English copy matches the shared copy. The unused
classic branch of the card property list is removed.

No visible change.

* wip: row facts

* refactor(sidebar): address review of the shared Workspace options list

The show rules get their own tests with fixed expectations (the cases
the old filter-section test covered, plus the rest), and the menu test
checks each option's own control rather than any matching text. Card
display rows toggle one property each, with the folder-path copy in
shared. The unused Status and Tasks copy left by the removed classic
card list is deleted from the catalogs. Filter rows write through the
store directly; files are named for what they hold.

* feat(runtime): worktree.ps carries the Workspace options row facts

Each worktree.ps row now says whether it is the project's default-branch
workspace, created by an automation, created by the CLI, or on a
detached HEAD, answered by the same shared predicates the desktop
sidebar filters with. The phone has none of these facts today, so its
copies of the filters either guess (default branch) or are missing.

Additive and inert: optional fields that nothing reads yet. An older
host omits them; readers must treat absence as 'not that kind', so the
row stays visible. Server rows relayed through the desktop pass them
through unchanged.

* feat(mobile): the desktop's own phone reads and writes its other-client filter

ui.get and ui.set strip the pairing-local UI fields for every paired
client. That rule exists for clients with their own host catalog (a
desktop paired to a server, a web client). A phone has none: it shows
its desktop's view, so 'Hide other-client workspaces' must be one shared
value. For the host's own phone (clientKind mobile, no relaying parent)
ui.get now always answers the field and ui.set persists it; delegated
phones, paired desktops and web clients keep the stripping rule.

The phone's view-settings schema reads the rest of the Workspace options
values it does not read yet (the automation, CLI and detached-HEAD
filters, project order, card properties, agent activity layout), each
salvaged to absent so an older desktop keeps the phone's local value.

* feat(runtime): address review of the worktree.ps row facts

Name the fact defaultBranch, and say what absence means for it: a reader
keeps its own guess, because 'hide default branch' must not start hiding
or showing rows an older host never described. Folder workspace rows get
the facts too, so every row from a newer host carries them. The
desktopOtherClient comment now says it is a verdict, not a fact. The test
covers the rows where the host disagrees with the phone's current guess.

* wip: phone uses the shared evaluator

* feat(mobile): address review of the phone's other-client filter mirror

One isHostOwnPhone predicate decides both who shares the filter value
(ui.get/ui.set) and who gets the other-client row marks, so the two
cannot drift. The pairing-local field list notes the exception. Tests
cover a paired desktop still being stripped, and a phone write that
leaves the field out not touching the host value.

* feat(mobile): the phone filters and sorts with the desktop's shared Workspace options rules

The phone's own filter chain and comparator are replaced by the shared
evaluator, reading the facts the host stamps on each row. Phone filter
state takes the desktop's setting names and carries every filter; the
badge and Clear filters match the desktop's. The desktop's other-client
marks become facts the phone filters with the shared value.

A parity test runs the same workspaces through the desktop's reading
and the phone's (facts stamped as the host stamps them) over every
filter combination, folder projects included.

* wip: phone view state carries project order and card props

* fix(mobile): host scope in shared filters, patch-key writes, live view push

Folds the phone's host filter into the shared filters so Clear and the badge agree,
writes back only the touched filter keys, and pushes workspaceViewChanged so an open
phone list re-reads desktop Workspace options.

* fix(mobile): Clear sends only changed filters; skip a view re-read older than a local edit

An older host's strict ui.set refuses a key it lacks, so Clear names only what differs. A ui.get
that started before a local edit no longer overwrites it; the edit's own change event re-reads.
The change publisher's field list now lives with it and derives the filter fields.

* feat(mobile): the phone's Workspace options sheet, rendered from the desktop's shared option list

The Filter drawer becomes the desktop's Workspace options: hosts, projects with search, group,
sort, project order, card layout and properties, card display, and every filter. Each option
renders through a table keyed on the shared option keys, so a new desktop option fails to compile
until the phone has a control. Sort and group pickers use the desktop's words; Repo reads Project.

* fix(mobile): Workspace options sheet review fixes

Hosts read as on the desktop (none checked while all show; the last shown host is disabled).
Project order falls back to the served value until the shared one is read. Card layout and card
style changes now push to an open phone. Pick-one rows read as radio buttons. Simpler wiring:
flat card state, the preset flag rides the patch, shared choices used directly.

* fix(mobile): reset project order on host switch; simpler preset-flag handling

* fix(workspace-options): all hosts and clear reach the desktop; one filter key list drives every surface

Host visibility: the legacy host scope fallback moves to shared code; the phone reads it, and the
host resets the scope whenever a client writes the host list, so All hosts and Clear stick.
An older desktop that keeps the other-client filter to itself has its marks treated as hide.
Badge counts, is-anything-filtered, Clear and reveal derive from the shared filter keys on the
desktop sidebar and the kanban filter menu. The phone uses the desktop's group and sort values,
holds its view in one state value, and reads its UI fields from one shared list.

* feat(workspace-options): Status and PR grouping read the shared tables

The phone groups by status with the desktop's status helpers and default catalog (its own copy
had the defaults in reverse order) and by PR with a shared lane table, so its labels now read
In review / In progress as the desktop's do. The desktop's PR lane decision ends in the same
shared state-to-lane step.

* feat(mobile): phone rows follow Card layout, Show properties, Card display and agent activity

One shared helper (getWorktreeCardDetails) decides which card details show for the chosen
properties and layout; the desktop card's flags and the phone row both read it. The phone row
hides the PR badge, note/issue/Linear glyphs, host badge and agent rows the desktop turns off,
and the Full list agent layout shows every agent row.

* test(sidebar): folder rows survive restrictive filters; create grace ignores non-finite times

* fix(mobile): write the host scope with the host list, and wait for the first read before forcing the other-client filter

An older desktop narrows back to its legacy single-host scope when the phone
writes only a null host list, so the phone now also writes the scope for a null
or one-host list. The other-client fallback waits for the first ui.get so a new
desktop's marks don't hide rows before its filter value arrives. Inline the
clear-filters key list and note the PR state asymmetry.

* test(mobile): re-record view-settings goldens for the unknown other-client state

* fix(mobile): let a tall bottom drawer scroll on the page

The drag wrapper around the drawer's ScrollView had no flex limit, so it grew to
its content and the sheet clipped it instead of scrolling. The full Workspace
options sheet is the first drawer tall enough to hit this.

* fix(sidebar): reuse the palette's default host instead of reading the focus setting again

* fix(sidebar): read the host options once in Workspace options and pass them to the Hosts item

* fix: parse the ui.get reply into a named type, fix the row memo test's filters, prune the focus-read baseline

* test(mobile): give the project catalog fixture its project order

* feat(mobile): name the options chip Workspace options, as the desktop does

The chip keeps the active-filter count and reads to screen readers with the
desktop trigger's label. The pluralized filter count moves to shared code so
both surfaces word it the same way.

* fix(mobile): show the Workspace options count as a corner badge so the chip row fits

"Workspace options (2)" squeezed the Sort and Group chips to ellipses at phone
width. The count moves to a corner badge, as on the desktop trigger, and the
chip drops its icon, which the desktop trigger does not show either.

* refactor(sidebar): one switch-to-kind table, and fold the leftover helper files back

- The four kind switches come from WORKSPACE_KIND_SWITCH in workspace-kinds;
the shared evaluator and main's phone-push check both apply it, and the filter
type derives its switch fields from it.
- git-identity.ts folds back into git-identity-display.ts, as on main.
- SidebarFilterState moves into sidebar-filter-actions.ts; visible-worktree-kinds.ts is gone.
- buildWorkspaceRowPredicate is module-private.

* feat(mobile): Workspace options sheet in the desktop menu's shape

The sheet showed every choice of every option, so the filters sat screens down.
It now follows the desktop menu: Hosts and Projects rows with their value, Group by
as a segmented control, Sort by, Project order, Card layout and Show properties
as rows that open a page of choices, and the filters as switches. Each option's
control (an inline row, or a value plus a page) still comes from one table keyed
by the shared option list. The segmented control is the voice settings one,
extracted so both screens share it.

* fix(mobile): Workspace options review fixes

- A page whose option stops showing is forgotten, so it cannot reopen by itself.
- Only the switch takes the tap on a filter row, so the web page writes once.
- Sections split their rows in one pass; unused heading styles go.

* fix(mobile): neutral filter switches on the page

react-native-web paints an on-switch thumb teal unless given activeThumbColor,
which React Native's types omit. MobileSwitch applies the app's switch colors,
and its web sibling also sets that prop.

* refactor(mobile): one MobileSwitch file, adding the web-only thumb color on web

* fix(mobile): Show properties reads Hover under Compact, as the desktop does

The row's value now comes from getWorkspaceCardPropertiesValue in the shared
options, which the desktop trigger uses too: Hover under the compact layout,
otherwise how many properties show. Card display shows no value, as on the desktop.

* test(mobile): find the renamed Workspace options chip in the page drawer render check

* feat(mobile): drop the Sort and Group chips; the Workspace options chip covers both

The desktop has only its options button, and the sheet now holds Sort by and
Group by. The chips' pickers, their screen state and the sort label go with them.

* feat(mobile): option pages slide in from the right and keep the sheet's height

The main sheet stays laid out under an open page, so the drawer keeps its height
going in and out. The page slides in over 200 ms and back out on back (the row,
or Android's back key), instantly under reduced motion. The reduced-motion hook
moves to platform/ now that two screens use it.

* feat(mobile): Compact rows fold into one title line like the desktop compact card

The phone's Compact layout now moves repo identity into a title-row icon chip
and drops the identity meta row (repo, host, branch or folder path, child
badge), matching the desktop's compact card. The rule lives next to
getWorktreeCardDetails as getWorktreeCardLayout, and the desktop presentation
reads it too so both surfaces share one decision.

* fix(mobile): keep a remote host glyph on compact rows; pass the card layout from the list

Review follow-ups: compact rows show an icon-only host glyph for remote
projects as the desktop compact card does, the list computes the layout once
next to the card details, and a new-card-style row test.

* fix(mobile): option pages fill the sheet and open at its top

- The page layer grows to the pager's height, so no part of the main sheet shows below a short page.
- The drawer takes a scrollResetKey; the sheet passes the open page, so a page opened from a row low on a scrolled sheet starts at the top.
- The main sheet's height is measured under a page too, and the pager state lives in the sheet so it resets when the drawer closes.
- A misplaced doc comment goes back to its function.

* fix(mobile): phone rows show the Jira, automation and CLI glyphs; the options pager forgets a gone page in an effect

* fix(mobile): Jira glyph sits before Linear as on the desktop; Jira reader tests beside it

* feat(mobile): long-press a workspace to see its details

The phone's long-press sheet now lists the workspace's linked PR and
issues (tap to open), who created it, its notes and live ports (Copy),
the phone's take on the desktop sidebar card's hover card. Folder
workspaces get the sheet too, with details only.

The desktop lets phones run workspacePorts.scanHost (read only).

* fix(mobile): details read links the desktop's way and stay one-off

Links come through the shared getWorkspaceAttachments, so references the
desktop keeps apart stay apart, in the host's order with reviews first.
The branch review read no longer takes the host's active-branch slot,
each read re-runs only for its own inputs, a reopened sheet reads afresh,
and Copy's confirmation never outlives the sheet.

* fix(mobile): details clear on close without an effect; lint findings

* fix(mobile): the phone leaves Ports out of Show properties and Card display

* refactor(mobile): clearer names and tests for the phone's hidden card properties

* feat(mobile): details sheet heading carries the origin; no ports

As Jinwoo approved: the sheet heads with the workspace (primary text),
its short branch, and a quiet origin line (automation name, or Orca CLI).
The group below holds only linked reviews and tasks, then notes.
Pin uses the pin icon. Ports are left out of the phone, so the desktop
change that let phones scan them is reverted.

* test(mobile): details section render helper matches its props

* fix(mobile): details review read asks by branch; review merge by number; comments

* fix(mobile): details rows share the action rows' text column

* refactor(mobile): details sheet reads only the row

The sheet no longer fetches. The host stamps two optional row fields:
automationName beside automationCreated, and the branch PR's title, url
and checks on linkedPR (from the GitHub cache it already reads). Older
hosts omit them and the sheet shows what they send. Links match by
provider, type and number; the reference label is one shared helper the
desktop card uses too. Folder rows keep no long-press. One sheet file
plus the pure model.

* fix: review nits on the row-only details sheet

* refactor(mobile): one view state and one settings read for the phone's Workspace options; tighter card glyph wiring

- The phone's Card layout and card style now live in its view state; one parallel settings.get
reads them with pinned placement beside ui.get.
- The Card layout preset flag is a write option, no longer a view field or a change-event field.
- getWorktreeCardDetails reads the raw desktop settings and resolves the layout once; the desktop
card computes it once in its foundation.
- The row computes its glyph presence in one place; Ports is hidden through one set.
- Drops the vanished-page effect, the native-only a11y props and the web-only switch branch.

* fix(mobile): the list settings read applies each half on its own, with tests; pinned placement changes announce themselves

* fix(mobile): compact host glyph tests for older rows and the new card style; truer comments

* fix(mobile): Card layout writes the setting before its preset; Card display names folder paths when the desktop has folder workspaces

* fix(mobile): match the branch PR by repo and link, not number alone

Brennan Benson ec9a0af3e8 Show phone subagents and open the correct parent chat (#28686)
The phone's worktree list now shows the running subagents the desktop sidebar shows, under their parent agent with their own ages, read from the host's existing child records. Tapping one opens its parent's existing chat or terminal. The feature was reviewed in #26423 and merged into this branch.

Links from the phone to native chats whose saved tab ID differs from the session-derived one (restored, reserved and headless chats) now resolve to the chat's real tab instead of missing it.

Jinwoo Hong 7538fa9466 feat(mobile): the phone's Workspace options sheet, with every desktop option (#28997)

The phone ranks
manual header order by its folded catalog order, which is each host's
repo.list order with the desktop's own repos first, as the renderer loads

unknown to it. The projection selector is now a memo over the shared

only forbidden or method_not_found falls back to the repo-derived

the parity test answers the renderer's real catalog fetch, includes a

new paired-desktop read, mobileRelay.projectSections.

The desktop
menu walks that list and renders each option through a table keyed on

badge and Clear filters match the desktop's.

* test(mobile): re-record view-settings goldens for the unknown other-client state

- The four kind switches come from WORKSPACE_KIND_SWITCH in workspace-kinds;
the shared evaluator and main's phone-push check both apply it, and the filter
type derives its switch fields from it.

* fix(mobile): the phone leaves Ports out of Show properties and Card display

* refactor(mobile): clearer names and tests for the phone's hidden card properties

* fix(mobile): Card layout writes the setting before its preset; Card display names folder paths when the desktop has folder workspaces

Brennan Benson ef98eff38b Allow worktree parents across projects on the same machine (#28942)
* Allow worktree parentage across projects on one host

* Keep sidebar placement and project ownership consistent

* Keep project labels on phone rows outside their own section

* Derive sidebar placement and reveal from shared occurrences

* Preserve project text across workspace card styles

* Resolve saved lineage peers without rebuilding host projects

* fix: preserve independent project deletion progress

* fix: satisfy mobile formatting and test lint checks

* test: declare project fixture arrays without assertions

* Align reveal fixtures with rendered workspace occurrences

* fix: reuse project name for cross-repo child cards

* fix: satisfy mobile section lint after main merge

* fix: retain project label for nested mobile rows

* test: keep nested card owner assertion resilient

* test: assert project badge visibility across card styles

* test: drop lineage tests already covered by the whole-flow suites

The host-peer projection is exercised by the runtime and SSH listing
integration tests, and the simple phone nesting case is covered by the
deep-chain, Pinned and hidden-project flow test.

Kelvin Amoaba 095399aa4d fix(mobile): render markdown with markdown-it instead of a hand-written reader (#28858)
* fix(mobile): size markdown table columns to their content

* fix(mobile): always show the copy button under chat messages

Revealing it on tap shifted the transcript.

* fix(mobile): read markdown with a CommonMark parser

markdown-it rather than desktop's micromark: about 8x faster on the phone's JavaScript engine.

Jinwoo Hong 6f929849eb fix(mobile): workspace list host badge, "workspaces" wording, and search keyboard on the page (#28824)
* fix(mobile): workspace list host badge, wording, and search keyboard on the page

- Host badge no longer shrinks to "m…"; the branch/path text gives up the space.
- Search placeholder, accessibility label, and empty states say "workspaces".
- The page's workspace list no longer closes the keyboard on each narrowing keystroke:
react-native-web dismisses on-drag on every scroll event, including the offset clamp.

* fix(mobile): let the row path take only the leftover space instead of pinning the host badge

A non-shrinking badge overflowed narrow, indented rows; a zero-basis path keeps a short host name whole and still lets the badge shrink when the row is genuinely too narrow.

* fix(mobile): reword the row path's layout comment

* refactor(mobile): inline the page's keyboard dismiss choice and use flex: 1 for the row path

Drop the platform split and its react-native-web test: an inline Platform.OS check states the
same choice where it is used. flex: 1 renders identically to flexBasis 0 + flexGrow 1.

Jinwoo HongandClaude cd1ff506e1 feat(mobile): list the desktop's server projects on the phone's Tasks screen (#27741)
* test(e2e): add a paired phone client helper and phone-mirror baseline specs

Later phone-mirror slices need one oracle that drives a real mobile-scoped device with the
phone's own capabilities against a serve host or a paired desktop. Pins #26022 across a serve
restart and today's gap: a desktop's phone does not list the desktop's server workspaces.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): show SSH host health on the workspace row host badge

Rows on an SSH host the desktop cannot reach looked healthy on the phone. The badge now
adds the desktop sidebar's own word ("devbox · Disconnected"), derived by the same shared
function from the connection status ssh.listTargetSummaries already sends; old desktops keep today's badge.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(e2e): compose the phone-mirror topology and check the cold snapshot

Slices need one composer for host, desktop and phone with a single teardown, so specs stop
copying setup. The serve-restart spec now reads the first tab-stream snapshot after the cold
start, which is what the phone builds its tab strip from.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): name an unhealthy SSH host even in a single-host list

The desktop card shows SSH status on any host count, so the phone now reads target summaries
whenever a repo is on SSH and badges an unhealthy host alone too. Labels and health share one
target-to-host keying, and a hook-level test pins the reply-to-row wiring.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(e2e): keep phone-mirror teardown errors from masking test failures

Teardown failures become a test attachment instead of replacing the real failure, and the
cold-snapshot poll reports stream errors together with the PTY list.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): clear stale SSH host badges and announce them without the dot

A catalog that no longer spans hosts or holds an SSH repo now clears the health and label maps,
so a host that left cannot keep badging rows. The badge gets a screen-reader label ("devbox,
Disconnected") instead of reading the middle dot.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(runtime): let a paired desktop register its phones as delegated mobile devices

A desktop paired to this runtime can now call pairing.delegatedMobileDevice.sync to make each of
its phones an ordinary mobile-scope device it owns, so the phone mirrors that host through the
desktop. Children are never pending, inherit the parent's reach, and die with the parent's grant.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(runtime): move the mobile device revoke primitive below dispatch

Dispatch binds the caller-bound delegated-device context, so the revoke path it needs now lives in
a layer under it as a pure move; this drops the abstract method seam. No behaviour change.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(runtime): keep a runtime grant until its delegated phones are revoked

A failed child cleanup now leaves the parent in place so a retry can still find the children, and
revokeRuntimeAccess lives beside the revoke it cascades to. Adds restart, rename and bounds coverage,
shares credential minting, and drops the timing-dependent census.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(runtime): fail a delegated sync whose dropped phone cannot be revoked

Matches the parent revoke: a child whose cleanup could not be saved is kept and the sync errors
before minting anything, so the desktop retries instead of believing the server matches its list.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): relay a paired phone's server-workspace requests through the desktop

A phone mirrors its desktop, including workspaces on the desktop's configured servers. The desktop
now forwards a request that names `executionHost: runtime:<env>` to that server over one socket per
(phone, server), signed in as the phone's delegated device; replies pass through untouched except
stream ids. Hidden until the phone client ships: the relay capability is not advertised yet.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): type the single-host health fixtures inline so the test tsc passes

Fixtures hoisted into consts widened their health maps to string, which the now-required
hostHealthById rejects under the tests-typecheck ratchet; passing them inline keeps the union.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* docs(mobile): state the desktop relay contract in its entry module

main dropped docs/reference, so the relay's contract lives beside the code. Also pins that a
server whose delegated sync fails (e.g. delegated_device_revoke_failed) is unavailable until a
later request syncs it again.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): pin the relay's configured-server adapter

The production hosts adapter was only typechecked; this pins that it resolves configured servers
by exact id only (never a name or a removed server), fences by pairing revision and runtime
identity, and stops reporting retirements once unsubscribed.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): re-record the repo-metadata goldens for SSH host health

The settled metadata state now carries hostHealthById, and an SSH-only catalog now reads the
target summaries so a lone unhealthy host can be badged. Scoped re-record via rpc-recording.mts.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): tighten the desktop relay after elegance review

Reuses the shared E2EE socket opener, folds relay state into fewer fields, never sends a request
whose link ended while opening, passes failure codes through, relays only this desktop's own
phones, and drops the unused host-state reader until S2 needs one.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): bound relay frames and stop sticky relay verdicts

Restores the 8 MiB frame cap on every remote runtime socket, re-checks an update-needed server on
each new link so an in-place upgrade relays, answers a phone the server just declined without
syncing again, and ends a link whose mirrored capability update cannot be queued.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): run targeted desktop-owned calls on the desktop

The phone tags every call on a workspace screen with its execution host, so a
paired-desktop method carrying `runtime:<env>` now runs locally instead of
failing 'forbidden'. The Mac stays the only reader of the routing table.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): list the desktop's configured servers and their last workspace rows for the phone

The phone needs the same host list the desktop shows, including servers that are offline or
too old to relay to. mobileRelay.hosts.list/worktrees answer from the desktop's own status and
its own worktree.ps fetches, cached per server and fenced by pairing, never from relayed replies.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): list server rows through one desktop fetch, with no side effect on listing

The phone now always lists a server's rows through mobileRelay.hosts.worktrees, so the
desktop's own fetch is both the live source and the cache, and stamping stays in main.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): fetch a server's full workspace list within a bound, and forget removed servers

The desktop now asks for the phone's full-catalog limit, answers within 5s with the last rows
when a server hangs, drops a server's rows when it is removed or re-paired, and checks the
server's identity after the fetch so a reply from before a re-pair is never served.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): name a server workspace's host on the phone's calls

A phone reaches a server's workspace through its desktop only if each call names the host; the
direct, cloud-relay and shell-bridge transports now carry `executionHost`, streams keep it for
replay and unsubscribe, and an older shell (no `executionHost` grant) refuses rather than strips it.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): list managed servers as the desktop sidebar does, and hide rows mid-delete

A server Orca manages on an SSH host now lists once under that host's name, or not at all while
the host is reached over the SSH relay, using the sidebar's own folding. Rows the server is
deleting are left out at reply time, as a phone asking the server itself would see.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep a disconnected server's last rows, and never join a re-paired server's fetch

Retirement also fires on a manual disconnect or managed-server update, which wrongly emptied
the phone's list; rows are now pruned only once a server is no longer configured. Fetches are
shared per server identity, so a poll after a re-pair asks the new server right away.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): list the paired desktop's server workspaces on the phone

Fixes the phone missing a desktop's `orca serve` workspaces: rows come from the desktop's
mobileRelay.hosts.* with each server's health ("Update needed", "Disconnected"), open through the
relay, follow the desktop's hidden hosts, and the desktop now advertises the relay capability.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): pin that a desktop failing the hosts list leaves only its own rows

The page asks a relaying desktop for its servers; a refusal such as method_not_found must leave
today's list with no server rows and no catalog error.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): mirror the desktop's shown hosts exactly, one host included

Jinwoo's call: the phone follows visibleWorkspaceHostIds as the desktop sidebar does, so a
one-host list narrows the phone too instead of being read as a single-host focus.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): scope a server workspace at its route, never the desktop

Every screen under a server workspace's route now reads one context and
gets that server's client and a router that keeps pushes on it, refusing
to fall back to the desktop; pins write to the row's owner like the Mac.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): never open an unreachable server workspace, and prove the relay in e2e

A server workspace the phone can't reach now gets one explicit screen at its route
and no row tap or action-sheet entry opens it; native routes read the route's host,
a census pins every workspace route, and the e2e reads files and git on the server.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): gate a server workspace on that server's own features

A targeted status.get now relays to the server, so a server workspace's route
provides that server's status to every screen under it and its action sheet,
while whether the phone can reach the server stays the desktop's answer.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(ci): run the remote-runtime WebSocket opener test on Node

Under the bun vitest project, `ws` resolves to Bun's built-in client, which
ignores maxPayload, so the frame-cap test hung. The opener only ships on
Node/Electron, so run its test in the Node runtime project like its siblings.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): run a server workspace's SSH calls on that server

A phone in a server workspace asks for SSH state before a file mutation, but the Mac answered
about its own targets, so server-owned SSH repos failed. The desktop asks the server, so the
ssh.* family now routes by target; an e2e pins files, uploads, commits and review on the server.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): keep the server files/git e2e offline and baseline-git safe

Review eligibility reached real gh/glab over the network and proved nothing beyond repoSlug;
setup git now ignores the runner's config and avoids `init -b` (Git 2.25). The relay
integration test is the routing oracle, so the census re-listing goes.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): sleep, wake and new workspaces on a desktop's servers from the phone

The desktop renderer alone sleeps a server's workspace and holds its slept agents, so the phone
now asks the desktop (two paired-desktop methods) instead of the headless server; the
new-workspace sheet lists and creates on reachable servers the way the desktop's composer does.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): sleep and wake only a server the desktop has configured

A phone's sleep or wake names a server by host id; the desktop now refuses one that is not in
its own configured servers, read from its settings rather than any fetched workspace list.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep server workspaces' repos, picks and sleeps on their own host

A hung server no longer holds back the desktop's repos, a repo id shared by two hosts no longer
swaps the pick, and a server row's optimistic sleep waits for the server's own list to confirm it.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): give the server-workspaces test rows every Worktree field

The tests-typecheck ratchet checks mobile test files; the fixture row was missing required
Worktree members, so the file no longer typechecked.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): give the file preview the workspace router, back to 128 page assets

The preview was the one workspace screen on the plain router, so the scoped router
was reached by a route set of its own and esbuild split it into an extra chunk
(129 assets); every workspace screen now uses it and it shares the route's chunk.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* revert(mobile): drop server sleep and wake from the phone for now

The workspace-layout refactor deletes the notifier path these used; sleep and
wake on a server come back later as server-side layout.sleep / layout.wake.
A server row's Sleep behaves exactly as on feat/mobile-remote-workspaces.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile-relay): derive the phone allowlist from the routing table

Adding a phone method now takes one edit (its route). A server-targeted call on a
legacy non-E2EE socket is refused instead of running locally, and only
execution-host methods enter the relay.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile-relay): drop unread freshness fields from server workspace lists

The phone reads only the rows, so stale, fetchedAt, totalCount and truncated
were dead wire weight. The desktop still serves a server's last rows while
the server is unreachable.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): read only the rows of a server's workspace list

The desktop no longer sends a freshness flag, so the phone's schema drops it.
The relay capability list names the delegated-devices constant instead of
repeating its literal, which also retires a now-circular type check.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): open server-workspace diffs and file taps on the phone's own screens

A headless orca serve has no renderer, so files.openDiff / files.open answer
renderer_unavailable and the Changes tap showed that raw code. On that refusal the
phone now opens its review screen (git.diff) or file preview (files.read) instead.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): show a server workspace as disconnected while its server is down

The phone read the desktop's connection state for a server workspace, so a stopped
server kept a green dot and "Loading tabs" spun forever. The workspace route now
narrows that state by the server's health from mobileRelay.hosts.list, reusing the
existing disconnected session UI and refetching tabs when the server returns.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): name run targets and the desktop's own row as the host list does

The Run on picker showed a server's raw environment id behind "Remote ·" and
always a monitor glyph; it now takes the host list's badge labels and icon, as
the desktop's picker does. Server rows also made the desktop row read "This
computer" because its platform was only read for a mixed desktop catalog.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): drop Open in Session and preview new notes in server workspaces

A server workspace's host has no editor tabs, so the review screen no longer offers
Open in Session there, and a new markdown note whose files.open answers
renderer_unavailable opens in the file preview instead of a raw error toast.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): share one desktop server-list feed between the host list and workspaces

A server workspace polled mobileRelay.hosts.list beside the host list's own read, so
the phone could ask the desktop twice per tick and the row badge and the screen could
disagree. One feed per desktop client now owns that read; both readers join it.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(e2e): read a server's reachability from the hosts list, not a dropped stale flag

eff410fe30 dropped `stale` from mobileRelay.hosts.worktrees, so the mirror spec's
schema never parsed and its first poll timed out. It now waits on the server's
relay/health from mobileRelay.hosts.list, the field the phone itself reads.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* build(mobile): re-measure the page's script sweep for server workspaces

Main already sat on its 78-script ceiling (re-swept: 78, table: 74); the workspace
route's shared modules split importer sets three ways more, reaching 81. Re-swept per
route prefix on this head, as #24257 did for its feature; the spread is now 1 to 11.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): mock react-native where the server-list feed now loads it

The merged server-list feed imports react-native's AppState, which vitest cannot parse unmocked.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): offer the desktop's servers in a new workspace opened before the list loads

The sheet's run targets came from the host list's server rows, which never load while
the sheet is open (the list deliberately pauses its refresh behind it). From Home's
New Workspace that left only the desktop's repos. The sheet now reads the desktop's
server-list feed itself while it is open.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): name the desktop's servers in a new workspace opened before the list loads

The previous fix offered the servers but still named them from the host list's rows,
so a sheet opened from Home showed a server's raw id under Run on. The sheet now takes
both the servers and their names from the server-list feed while it is open.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): export the server-list feed's React reader beside the feed

useRelayHosts moves from workspace-server.ts into relay-hosts-feed.ts, so every reader (workspace screens now, the new-workspace sheet next) subscribes through the feed's own module. No behaviour change.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): type the server run-target fixture's host id as a runtime id

A plain string executionHostId is not an ExecutionHostId, so the mobile tests typecheck ratchet refused the file.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(e2e): stop requiring the dropped stale flag in the files and git review spec

eff410fe30 removed stale from mobileRelay.hosts.worktrees, so the schema never parsed and the row poll at :100 timed out.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): offer a server's SSH repos on the New Workspace sheet

The desktop's composer offers a paired server's own SSH repos and connects them through that
server. The phone left them out only because ssh.* was the Mac's own; it now reaches the server
(#26519), so the drawer's existing SSH gate connects through the picked repo's server client.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): hide New Note where the host opens no editor tabs; drop stale pushes

A server workspace's host has no desktop window, so New Note left an unopenable
untitled.md each tap. It now hides under the same route rule as Open in Session, and
the no-window fallbacks no longer push a screen after the user has moved on.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): let the new-workspace sheet read its servers where it knows it is open

The sheet's controller already owns whether it is open, so it now reads the desktop's
server list and names itself; the overlay's mirrored visibility state and the list-side
hook go away. A server row no longer offers Sleep, which would sleep it on the desktop.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): key the New Workspace SSH gate by the host holding the target

The desktop and a server can each have an SSH target with the same id. The gate's state, Connect
progress and detected agents were keyed by that id alone, so switching to the server's target showed
the desktop's "connected" until the server answered, and let create through.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): name the editor-tab gate for what it measures

useWorkspaceOnPairedHost says the workspace runs on the paired desktop itself; its doc
states the rule (hide actions whose only result is an editor tab) and its known gap.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep polling the server list and read a server's reachability from relay

A hosts-list read slower than the poll stopped the feed for good, since the next tick was
scheduled when the read started; it is now scheduled from the finish. A server workspace now
reads connected only when the desktop relays to it, so a server with no status yet is not shown up.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* feat(mobile): list the desktop's server repos on the phone's Tasks screen

The desktop's task page lists every host's repos and sends each repo's work-item calls to the host
that owns it. The phone listed only the desktop's own repos; it now adds each reachable server's
repos and runs every call naming one of them on that server through the desktop.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): offer only the repos the desktop's New Workspace offers

The sheet now builds its lists from the desktop's own eligibility rule, so a server's
per-workspace-environment SSH repo never appears or wins a server's row. A connect reply that
arrives after the picked target changed no longer overwrites the newly shown target's state.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): show a reached server as connecting and a too-old one as disconnected

A server the desktop has reached but whose status is not answered yet is moments from relaying,
so it reads connecting; a server too old to relay to never will, so it reads disconnected.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): export the New Workspace SSH target key

Names an SSH target by its holding host and id, so other server-aware screens can key their SSH
state the same way.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): let Tasks show the desktop's repos before a server answers

The Tasks list waited for every server's repo list, so one slow server held up the desktop's own.
The desktop list now settles alone and each server's joins as it answers, through the same hook
the new-workspace sheet uses. Server repos name their host in the repo pickers, and agent detection
takes the router's per-repo resolver.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep the New Workspace sheet on a hidden repo's project

A last-visited per-workspace-environment repo is hidden, so the sheet fell back to the first
listed project. It now maps it to its project's eligible copy with the desktop's resolver, moved to
src/shared. The phone's mirror of the seeding rule is gone, since the hook imports the shared one.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): run a server SSH repo's Tasks checks on that server

F2 lists a server's SSH-backed repos, so Tasks now reads and connects their SSH targets through
the repo's own client and keys the drawer's SSH state by (host, connectionId): the desktop and a
server can each hold a target with the same id. Tests drive the real GitHub list loader.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep a Tasks repo filter and the listed items while servers join

A saved selection naming a server's repo waits until every listed server has answered or failed,
instead of widening to all repos. A server's repos joining reload the list quietly, so the
desktop's items stay up, and a mixed list names the desktop's own host in the pickers too.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): apply a Tasks repo filter early and keep it through server blips

A saved filter applies once every saved id is listed or every server has answered, so a
desktop-only filter never waits on servers, and a server that drops out briefly keeps its ids.
One shared hook gives both repo pickers their server clients, keyed on the ready set, and an
unchanged server answer no longer reloads the list.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): derive the Tasks repo filter instead of pruning it

The saved selection is now the user's choice, written only by them and never pruned; every
reader narrows it to what is listed now, so a late, flapping or reconnecting server keeps its
repos selected and a removed one reads as all. This deletes the reconcile hook, its refs and
the server-settled tracking.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): edit the Tasks repo filter from what's shown

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): load the Tasks list once per server repo change

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(shared): move the account capabilities into their own group module

Main's merge put protocol-version.ts at 301 lines, over the 300 cap. The account group moves out
like the relay and skill groups did, same strings in the same order; the page's script sweep is
re-measured because the split changed its chunking (81 to 79 at 16 routes).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): read the Tasks mock's exports from a typed map

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): use type imports and full deps in the Tasks server-repo code

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): name a server workspace through the request envelope

The server name now rides the generic request envelope from #27815 instead of
its own executionHost option, bridge grant and per-transport plumbing. Server
rows show only where the transport carries an envelope (native, or a shell
that grants rpcEnvelope), so an older app keeps today's list.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): pin the server-call wire and the no-envelope deep link

A server workspace call still reaches the desktop as the same top-level
executionHost frame, on the direct and relay wires, and a deep link into a
server workspace under an app without rpcEnvelope shows the unreachable screen.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): read a relay stream's envelope slot in sorted key order

Equal envelopes name one cleanup slot whatever their key order, the scoped view
passes its client's envelope answer through as it does the generation, and the
direct wire harness is shared instead of rebuilt.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): a phone's new chat in a server workspace follows the desktop's chat setting

A relayed agent.launch ran on the server, which picked chat vs terminal from its
own setting. The desktop relay now stamps its own default as nativeChatDefault;
new servers use it in place of their setting (feasibility still decides), older
servers strip it. Outside the replay fingerprint.

Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(mobile): move the relay's delegated phone grant cache into its own module

Keeps mobile-desktop-relay.ts under the line limit once #27749's page relay lands on it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

* revert(mobile): stop offering a server's SSH repos on the phone

Since #27609 a server cannot serve SSH repos at all (repo.addRemote throws and SSH-routed work on
a server fails), so the phone should not offer them. This reverts #27728's own commits
(c4c058ad15, 4a5ccaa9a3, 3b414b8842, a2bb1cf8a5, adb8ac5825) and the server-SSH parts of
ce4b125b40: the New Workspace sheet and the Tasks screen again leave a server's SSH-backed repos
out, and Tasks' SSH checks run on the desktop with its SSH state keyed by connection id only.
Affected goldens re-recorded with `pnpm --dir mobile rpc:record`.

Kept from ce4b125b40: useHostProtocolGates in host-protocol-gates-context (later commits import
it there), the Tasks route requiring the gate, and the typed ListedRepo (the SSH filter reads it).
Kept from #27728: nothing; the SSH filter now lives in the shared listServerRepos both screens use.
The Tasks filter-edit test lists a third server repo so picking two stays a filter.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): show the early terminal tab from the relaying desktop's chat default

The early-tab preflight read the server's own chat setting while the launch
used the desktop's stamped nativeChatDefault, so on a windowed server with
chats off a relayed chat launch flashed a terminal tab. Both now read the
settings through readAgentLaunchModeSettings(runtime, nativeChatDefault).

Jinwoo HongandClaude 75513668fb fix(mobile): check a server workspace's SSH state on that server (#26519)

* feat(mobile): relay a paired phone's server-workspace requests through the desktop

* test(mobile): pin the relay's configured-server adapter

* feat(mobile): name a server workspace's host on the phone's calls

* fix(mobile): keep a disconnected server's last rows, and never join a re-paired server's fetch

* test(mobile): keep the server files/git e2e offline and baseline-git safe

Review eligibility reached real gh/glab over the network and proved nothing beyond repoSlug;
setup git now ignores the runner's config and avoids `init -b` (Git 2.25). The relay
integration test is the routing oracle, so the census re-listing goes.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): give the file preview the workspace router, back to 128 page assets

The preview was the one workspace screen on the plain router, so the scoped router
was reached by a route set of its own and esbuild split it into an extra chunk
(129 assets); every workspace screen now uses it and it shares the route's chunk.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): export the server-list feed's React reader beside the feed

useRelayHosts moves from workspace-server.ts into relay-hosts-feed.ts, so every reader (workspace screens now, the new-workspace sheet next) subscribes through the feed's own module. No behaviour change.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(e2e): stop requiring the dropped stale flag in the files and git review spec

eff410fe30 removed stale from mobileRelay.hosts.worktrees, so the schema never parsed and the row poll at :100 timed out.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): hide New Note where the host opens no editor tabs; drop stale pushes

A server workspace's host has no desktop window, so New Note left an unopenable
untitled.md each tap. It now hides under the same route rule as Open in Session, and
the no-window fallbacks no longer push a screen after the user has moved on.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): show a reached server as connecting and a too-old one as disconnected

A server the desktop has reached but whose status is not answered yet is moments from relaying,
so it reads connecting; a server too old to relay to never will, so it reads disconnected.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(shared): move the account capabilities into their own group module

Main's merge put protocol-version.ts at 301 lines, over the 300 cap. The account group moves out
like the relay and skill groups did, same strings in the same order; the page's script sweep is
re-measured because the split changed its chunking (81 to 79 at 16 routes).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

A relayed agent.launch ran on the server, which picked chat vs terminal from its
own setting. The desktop relay now stamps its own default as nativeChatDefault;
new servers use it in place of their setting (feasibility still decides), older
servers strip it. Outside the replay fingerprint.

Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

* refactor(mobile): move the relay's delegated phone grant cache into its own module

Keeps mobile-desktop-relay.ts under the line limit once #27749's page relay lands on it.

Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(mobile): show the early terminal tab from the relaying desktop's chat default

The early-tab preflight read the server's own chat setting while the launch
used the desktop's stamped nativeChatDefault, so on a windowed server with
chats off a relayed chat launch flashed a terminal tab. Both now read the
settings through readAgentLaunchModeSettings(runtime, nativeChatDefault).

Jinwoo HongandClaude 3eaba4e01b feat(mobile): create workspaces on the desktop's servers from the phone (#26533)

* feat(mobile): relay a paired phone's server-workspace requests through the desktop

* test(mobile): pin the relay's configured-server adapter

* feat(mobile): name a server workspace's host on the phone's calls

* fix(mobile): keep a disconnected server's last rows, and never join a re-paired server's fetch

* refactor(mobile): let the new-workspace sheet read its servers where it knows it is open

The sheet's controller already owns whether it is open, so it now reads the desktop's
server list and names itself; the overlay's mirrored visibility state and the list-side
hook go away. A server row no longer offers Sleep, which would sleep it on the desktop.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep polling the server list and read a server's reachability from relay

A hosts-list read slower than the poll stopped the feed for good, since the next tick was
scheduled when the read started; it is now scheduled from the finish. A server workspace now
reads connected only when the desktop relays to it, so a server with no status yet is not shown up.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

A relayed agent.launch ran on the server, which picked chat vs terminal from its
own setting. The desktop relay now stamps its own default as nativeChatDefault;
new servers use it in place of their setting (feasibility still decides), older
servers strip it.

Jinwoo HongandClaude 5f134d8f01 feat(mobile): show and use the desktop's server workspaces on the phone (#26501)

* feat(mobile): relay a paired phone's server-workspace requests through the desktop

* test(mobile): pin the relay's configured-server adapter

* feat(mobile): name a server workspace's host on the phone's calls

* fix(mobile): keep a disconnected server's last rows, and never join a re-paired server's fetch

* fix(mobile): give the file preview the workspace router, back to 128 page assets

The preview was the one workspace screen on the plain router, so the scoped router
was reached by a route set of its own and esbuild split it into an extra chunk
(129 assets); every workspace screen now uses it and it shares the route's chunk.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): show a server workspace as disconnected while its server is down

The phone read the desktop's connection state for a server workspace, so a stopped
server kept a green dot and "Loading tabs" spun forever. The workspace route now
narrows that state by the server's health from mobileRelay.hosts.list, reusing the
existing disconnected session UI and refetching tabs when the server returns.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): export the server-list feed's React reader beside the feed

useRelayHosts moves from workspace-server.ts into relay-hosts-feed.ts, so every reader (workspace screens now, the new-workspace sheet next) subscribes through the feed's own module. No behaviour change.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): keep polling the server list and read a server's reachability from relay

A hosts-list read slower than the poll stopped the feed for good, since the next tick was
scheduled when the read started; it is now scheduled from the finish. A server workspace now
reads connected only when the desktop relays to it, so a server with no status yet is not shown up.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

A relayed agent.launch ran on the server, which picked chat vs terminal from its
own setting. The desktop relay now stamps its own default as nativeChatDefault;
new servers use it in place of their setting (feasibility still decides), older
servers strip it. Outside the replay fingerprint.

Jinwoo Hong 26cd1c22da fix(mobile): load markdown tabs from any desktop split group; center load-error Retry (#28132)
* fix(mobile): load markdown tabs from any desktop split group and center load-error Retry

The desktop answered markdown.readTab only for tabs in its focused split
group, so a phone opening a markdown tab from another group got
tab_not_found and showed "Couldn't load markdown". Resolve the tab across
all of the worktree's groups.

Load-error states now share one component that centers the message and its
Retry button; the markdown reader's button was pinned to the left.

Jinwoo Hong 686c38590b perf(runtime): stop re-sending the worktree list to mobile pollers on every terminal chunk (#28062)
* perf(runtime): let worktree.ps pollers opt out of per-chunk activity churn

worktree.ps carries `preview` and an exact `lastOutputAt` on every row, both
of which move on each PTY chunk, so the content-addressed snapshot id changed
on every poll while any agent printed and the whole catalog was resent.

Add an optional `coarseActivity: true` param. When set, the host drops
`preview` and floors `lastOutputAt` to 30 s before hashing, so the id holds
while only chunk-level activity moves. Callers without the param get the
byte-identical response they get today; older hosts strip the unknown key.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* perf(mobile): stop re-sending the worktree list on every terminal chunk

The host-screen snapshot poll now asks worktree.ps for `coarseActivity`, so
the catalog's snapshot id survives terminal output and the 3 s poll gets a
tiny `unchanged` reply instead of the whole catalog. `preview` is optional on
mobile rows because a coarse host leaves it out; old hosts ignore the param
and keep sending it.

Re-records the three worktree.catalog-snapshot goldens; the only semantic
change is the new request param.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* perf(runtime): coarsen worktree.ps activity for every snapshot poller

Drop the `coarseActivity` param: the only caller that sends
`afterSnapshotId` is the mobile snapshot poll, which never renders
`preview` and uses `lastOutputAt` only to rank rows. Snapshot polls now
always get a blank `preview` and a 30 s-floored `lastOutputAt`, so
already-shipped apps stop re-downloading the catalog on every terminal
chunk with only a desktop update. Callers without `afterSnapshotId`
still get the byte-identical response.

Reverts the mobile param, its scenario steps and the three re-recorded
goldens, and removes the unread `preview` field from mobile row types.

* test: drop preview from row fixtures and keep the runtime cast on one line

Jinwoo Hong 0c42285eb2 perf(mobile): skip re-rendering unchanged worktree rows (#28058)
* perf(mobile): skip re-rendering unchanged worktree rows

Rows reach the host list freshly parsed and copied on every changed
worktree.ps poll, so the row memo never skipped and every mounted row
re-rendered each poll. The row memo now compares the item by value with
the catalog's areWorktreesEqual, extended to every Worktree and agent row
field, and every other prop by identity.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* refactor(mobile): compare worktree rows by structural equality

The hand-written Worktree field list needed a completeness guard that no
compiler checks, since mobile test files sit outside tsc. A generic
structural equality covers every field by construction, so a new field
can never be skipped and freeze a row. Rows memo on it directly: the item
and repo icon compare by value, callbacks and `now` by identity.

Brennan Benson 94d2462379 fix(mobile): copy complete chat replies and loaded markdown (#26152)
* fix(mobile): make message and markdown source copy reachable

* fix(mobile): keep copy failure feedback during streaming

* fix(mobile): complete source copy on paired web pages

* Align mobile source Copy controls with desktop

* Update chat status test for icon-only Copy

* Preserve literal source when copying own messages

* fix(mobile): show a message's copy button only after tapping it

Like desktop's hover-only copy, the chat message copy button stays hidden
until the message is tapped; another tap hides it. The tap target is not a
single accessible element, so screen readers still reach the text inside.

* fix(mobile): a held press on a message selects text without toggling Copy

On iPad the release of a long-press selection, or of a selection-handle drag,
also counted as a tap and toggled the message's copy button. Claiming the long
press keeps only quick taps as toggles; native selection is unaffected.

* test(mobile): load the web clipboard in the copy-button test the way other tests do

vi.importActual with a relative path resolved from the mocker under CI's
runner and failed to find ../platform/clipboard.web; a plain import() in the
mock factory resolves from the test file.

Jinwoo Hong 7abee44e78 feat(mobile): show SSH host health on the workspace row badge (#26415)

* feat(mobile): name an unhealthy SSH host even in a single-host list

The desktop card shows SSH status on any host count, so the phone now reads target summaries
whenever a repo is on SSH and badges an unhealthy host alone too. Labels and health share one
target-to-host keying, and a hook-level test pins the reply-to-row wiring.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* fix(mobile): clear stale SSH host badges and announce them without the dot

A catalog that no longer spans hosts or holds an SSH repo now clears the health and label maps,
so a host that left cannot keep badging rows. The badge gets a screen-reader label ("devbox,
Disconnected") instead of reading the middle dot.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): type the single-host health fixtures inline so the test tsc passes

Fixtures hoisted into consts widened their health maps to string, which the now-required
hostHealthById rejects under the tests-typecheck ratchet; passing them inline keeps the union.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JNnE9qzUZMMnqpZWCqM3nb

* test(mobile): re-record the repo-metadata goldens for SSH host health

The settled metadata state now carries hostHealthById, and an SSH-only catalog now reads the
target summaries so a lone unhealthy host can be badged. Scoped re-record via rpc-recording.mts.

Brennan Benson 3e27e62f43 Native chat: open files from tool rows through the terminal's file link menu (#26511)
* Native chat: open tool-row files through the terminal's file link popover

Tool rows that name a file (Read, Write, Edit, edit cards) now link the
file name. Chat file links, in tool rows and in reply text, show the same
popover the terminal shows for file paths, built from one shared function.

Brennan Benson 2460068883 feat(mobile): show a native chat's subagents like desktop (#26125)
* feat(mobile): show a native chat's subagents like desktop

Move the background-tasks roster, header, view and the transcript roster
header into src/shared, with the words behind one English table that desktop
translates under its existing keys, so desktop output is unchanged.

The phone now draws the running child work strip above the composer (with
Stop, under desktop's conditions) and the transcript's subagent-group row,
from the host data it already receives. Child rows read unverifiable once the
session stream is lost.

* fix(mobile): review round 1 for the phone's subagent strip and roster row

- Roster row: spoken through one label that names its clock only once the group
settles; the verdict wraps instead of pushing the headline or chevron out.
- One twin rule: derive() and the phone both call isReplacedSubagentGroupTwin.
- Desktop strip says Stop / Stop all / details-unavailable through the shared table.
- One memoized composer tray holds the strip and the queued cards; the strip
  carries its own conversation key.
- The strip latches the host clock offset once per conversation, so frames that
change nothing keep its rows memoized, and reads elapsed on the host's clock.
- Initial narrow guess includes the strip's margins; group labels uppercase by
style; the header ellipsizes at large text; row state words reuse mobile's.

* fix(mobile): give the child-work strip its own key beside the queued cards

Both siblings in the composer tray were keyed by the conversation's sessionKey, so
React logged a duplicate-key error whenever a structured chat with running
subagents opened.

* fix(mobile): re-derive the strip's host clock offset from every frame

The offset was latched per conversation, so a host restart or clock correction
while the chat stayed open left every elapsed time off until the chat was left.
It is now derived from each frame's host sample, rounded to a second so jitter
alone keeps the rows memoized.

* feat(native-chat): keep one kind's state forms on a narrow strip

The narrow total ("N background tasks") now replaces only a breakdown across
several kinds. A single kind keeps its state forms at every width, so a phone and
a narrow desktop pane still read "2 agents waiting — needs approval".

* test(native-chat): check catalog objects before reading keys

Brennan Benson 1617ff32ef feat(mobile): show chat visuals inline in the phone's native chat (#26071)
* feat(native-chat): visual directive grammar and host read for a chat's visuals folder

A shared grammar for the ::orca-visual{file="..." title="..."} reply line,
the per-chat visuals folder location on the owning host, and the
agentSession.readVisual runtime method that reads one visual with lexical and
canonical containment, a 512 KiB bounded read and UTF-8 refusal.

* feat(native-chat): shared frame document for chat visuals

One string builder every client wraps a visual's HTML with: the policy
(CDN assets only, no fetch, frames, workers, forms or base rewrites),
the theme variables, and a prelude that reports height, routes links to
the parent and refuses navigation. Also the validated frame-to-parent
message reader and the live theme message.

* feat(mobile): render native-chat visuals inline in the phone's chat

A finished assistant reply's ::orca-visual line now shows the visual
inline, read from the chat's owning host through agentSession.readVisual.
The visual runs in an opaque sandboxed child of a trusted host document
inside the WebView; the app accepts only a token-checked height and an
http(s) link opened under user activation. Navigation away from the
visual's own document is refused, a dead web process reloads once, and
the visual opens full screen. The hybrid shell's page renders it sealed.

* feat(native-chat): render chat visuals inline and in the right sidebar

Native-chat assistant replies render a ::orca-visual{...} line as the chat's
HTML visual in an opaque, scripts-only sandboxed frame: CSP first, the host
frame navigation guard registered before content runs, live theme without a
reload, fitted height, links opened in the viewer's browser only from a real
gesture, lazy mount, and one muted line when the visual cannot be shown.
Open in sidebar shows the same frame in the right sidebar, widened while it
is open and restored after.

* fix(mobile): chat visuals use the shared shell; only the host page may message the app

Review round 1:
- use PR 1's shared visual shell and height governor instead of a second
builder; the app decides heights and pushes them to the host page
- react-native-webview patch: the message channel accepts only string
messages from the main frame on iOS and Android, so a visual in its
sandboxed child cannot reach it (or crash Android with a non-string)
- structured replies grow in place: while a turn works, a row holds back a
directive still being typed at its tail; finished lines mount
- links need child focus + activation, one per activation window
- a refused read takes the visual down and drops its cached bytes
- in-page anchors load; text spelling a placeholder renders no visuals

* refactor(native-chat): move the visual height governor to src/shared

The phone bundles only src/shared, so the governor the desktop frame uses
moves there unchanged and the mobile frame shares it.

* fix(native-chat): point the desktop and mobile frames at the moved governor

* fix(mobile): review round 2 for chat visuals

- host page relays only messages on the visual's own channel, as its own
copy, so a visual cannot push oversized fields through it; relay rate
halved; a link is validated before it uses up the link window
- the frame denies camera, microphone, geolocation, clipboard and display
capture; iOS media capture requests are denied
- react-native-webview patch: the iOS history-shim handler also accepts
  only main-frame string messages
- only the newest assistant row of a working turn holds back an unfinished
directive; earlier finished rows show their visuals
- an error reply or older host is not a verdict: it keeps a visual on
screen and its cache, and retries; only a host refusal takes it down

* fix(mobile): a drag that starts on an inline visual scrolls the chat

iOS gives a scrollable frame its own scroll view, which took the drag;
the inline frame is sized to its content, so it no longer scrolls.
Full screen still does.

* fix(mobile): review round 3 for chat visuals

- hold back only the last block of the newest assistant row, and not
while a question or approval is open, so a visual followed by a tool
call or a pending question shows at once
- an older host (method_not_found) reads as unavailable without retries
- drop a stray @pnpm/exe lockfile block; only the patch hash changes

* test(mobile): list the visual frame's web sibling; mock it in the prompt-controller harness

* fix(mobile): an older desktop's mobile allowlist refusal reads as unavailable at once

* fix(native-chat): visual CI fixes, shared height governor, live-turn streaming hold

Registers agentSession.readVisual from the methods index so the structured
method file stays under its line budget, replaces reflective reads with checked
narrowing, moves the pure height governor to src/shared for mobile, and holds a
half-written directive tail while the turn works (structured text rows carry no
running state).

* fix(native-chat): harden the visual read and link opening

Re-checks after the open that the chat's visuals folder is still the real
directory at Orca's path, reports unexpected filesystem faults by code without
host paths, and lets one click in a visual open at most one page.

* fix(native-chat): keep visual lines out of plain-text reply surfaces; review fixes

One shared helper drops visual lines (outside fenced code) from reply text where
it becomes plain text: the structured status summary that feeds the sidebar row,
dashboard, notifications, phone rows and handoffs, and AI Vault reply previews.
Review fixes: height also counts a pinned body's overflow, only the live
frontier row holds a half-written visual line, the runaway-height stop needs the
same step repeated, and any host refusal evicts the cached revision.

* fix(native-chat): resolve the visuals folder without the removed journal-paths helper

Main removed the per-chat journal paths and the journal database's state
directory; the visuals folder keeps the same sha256 layout on its own and the
read method uses the profile state directory the chat host is opened in.

* fix(mobile): keep visual lines out of the worktree row and copied message text

A reply's ::orca-visual line renders only in the transcript. The
worktree list's agent row and the message actions sheet's copy text now
drop it with the shared helper; a reply that is only a visual falls back
to the prompt, as an empty one does.

* fix(native-chat): review round 2 fixes; copy a reply without its visual lines

Reply previews in Agent Session History drop visual lines per text part before
lines are folded; the frame adds a body's overflow only when the body really
overflows; fence tracking follows CommonMark closers and openers; the copy
button copies a reply without visual lines; a coded read fault keeps its cause.

* fix(native-chat): update the frame's theme ref after render; read the visuals folder pair at once

* test(native-chat): declare agentSession.readVisual on the cross-version agent-session surface

* fix(native-chat): copying a reply keeps its code blocks and indentation

Removing visual lines now closes only the gap each removal leaves, instead of
collapsing blank lines across the whole reply and trimming its indentation; the
visuals folder is checked parent first again so a broken path answers the same
way every time.

Neil ca4e239861 Remove low-value test inventories and duplicate fuzz oracles (#25791) 2026-10-05 22:23:48 -07:00
Daiki HirayamaandNeil c2c7649849 fix(mobile): stop Android from selecting words while the chat transcript scrolls (#22871)
* fix(mobile): stop Android from selecting words while the chat transcript scrolls

On Android every paragraph, heading, quote, code block and table cell in
the native chat transcript was a selectable TextView. Android starts a
word selection, with the magnifier, on a double tap or a long press, and
two flicks in the same spot while scrolling a FlatList register as a
double tap, so scrolling the chat kept selecting words. iOS is unaffected:
its UITextView path arbitrates scroll against selection itself.

Android now renders transcript text without inline selection: one gate in
MarkdownText covers every selectable span, and the user bubble follows
it. A long press on a message opens a sheet with "Copy message" and
"Select text", the latter a screen whose only content is one selectable
Text, so a selection can only start where the user asked for it. The
message row owns that sheet and mounts it only while open. iOS and web
keep their inline selection and get no long-press handler.

Verified on a Pixel 10 Pro Fold (Android 17): an adb double tap on the
transcript selects nothing, the same double tap inside "Select text"
selects a word, tool rows inside the bubble still expand on tap, and the
long press opens the sheet.

* fix(mobile): scope the Android selection gate to the transcript and route span long presses

Review follow-ups on #22871:

- The gate now applies only where `rangeSelectable` is passed (the chat
transcript). Task comments and file previews keep their selectable text
  on Android as before.
- On the Android transcript, spans that take taps (links, file paths)
also take the row's long press, so a link under the finger no longer
  swallows the copy/select sheet.
- Copied text keeps its whitespace; only whitespace-only blocks are dropped.
- The Android markdown test compares `String(node.type)` instead of a
type assertion, which the changed-code quality gate rejects.

* fix(mobile): route long presses on Markdown images to the row on Android

An image block is a Pressable of its own, so on the Android transcript it
now carries the row's onLongPress like tappable spans do; a long press on
an image opens the copy/select sheet instead of being swallowed. Test
extended with an image block.

* test(mobile): pin the Android long press from a chat row to its actions sheet

The existing row suite runs as iOS, where the bubble has no long press.
This one runs as Android: the bubble's long press mounts the actions
sheet with the message, the markdown receives the same handler, closing
unmounts the sheet, and the user bubble carries no inline selection.

* fix(mobile): preserve Android message selection while replies stream

Jinjing 0971479866 Add shared workspace settings note and prevent filter modal expansion (#25300)
* fix(mobile): say that workspace sort, grouping, and filters are shared

The Manual sort option was subtitled 'Server order', but it orders by the
desktop's drag ranks. Sort, grouping, and filters on the phone all write the
host's shared view settings, so changing them also changes every other
device on that host, which the screen never said. Relabel Manual as 'Desktop

By, Group By, and Filter titles. The note avoids naming a desktop sidebar
because headless hosts have none.

Neilandczzczz 84d246b9f0 fix(jcode): register in main's remote-installer guard, drop our duplicate
Rebasing onto 853 commits of main surfaced two things the earlier branch
had hidden.

main already owns a guard for the issue-#7253 bug class
(`remote-hook-service-registry-coverage.test.ts`). This branch had added a
second, near-identical one — a parallel implementation of a test that
already existed, which is what AGENTS.md's reuse rule is about. Deleted
ours and registered jcode in main's, which is the one that has kept pace
with every agent added since.

Also fixes a missing separator in the mobile icon map. `pnpm tc` does not
cover `mobile/`, so only the session-route closure suite caught it.
