Neil 2036430a58 fix(ssh): discover the 1Password agent socket, scoped to the client host ...

SSH_AUTH_SOCK stays the primary signal and an explicit IdentityAgent still
wins; the platform 1Password socket is a probed fallback for when neither is
set. Discovery is keyed on which machine owns the agent, so a WSL distro or a
relay host can never be answered with the client's socket.
