The owner-loss smoke builds the Swift helper and forks the computer sidecar; neither imports src/cli or src/main/daemon, yet those paths started the paid macOS runner on every computer-e2e trigger. Move it to its own workflow with the macOS-relevant subset of the old paths. Co-authored-by: OrcaWin <293788423+OrcaWin@users.noreply.github.com>
