* wip(status-bar): remote empty usage state names the host and opens its accounts * fix(status-bar): keep this computer's providers visible as "Not set up on <host>" under a remote workspace * test(e2e): paired client keeps a this-computer-only provider as a host-named placeholder * fix(status-bar): place usage placeholders only on the host's own 'unavailable' answer and open Settings on the owning host * fix(status-bar): label the not-set-up placeholder chip "Not set up" instead of "--" * fix(status-bar): placeholder only on a not-set-up reason; compact chip keeps "--" * fix(status-bar): word the placeholder "Not configured on remote host" * fix(status-bar): name the host in placeholder chips and keep Claude as 'No usage from <host>' Only the host name truncates, so the phrase stays readable in every locale.
