Jinjing a7e60f2165 Fix thinking status translations in zh, ja, ko, and fr (#30558) ...

The live "thinking" status was translated as bare nouns (思维, 考え, 생각, Réflexion) that read as a faculty or a thought rather than an ongoing state. Use present-progressive wording for the status, and add key-specific overrides so the status and the composer option keep distinct labels.
