NeilandClaude 3816457631 fix(mac): declare Contacts, Calendars and Reminders permissions for terminal tools (#34401) ...

Hardened-runtime TCC refused EventKit and Contacts requests from terminal-launched
tools without a prompt: Orca and its terminal host lacked the addressbook and
calendars entitlements and the matching purpose strings. Declare them the same
way camera, microphone and location already are; the terminal host inherits both.

Fixes #12933
