Fourth external review round (2 Opus + 2 Antigravity reviewers), three fixes and four coverage seams: P0 — parkPage resumed after releaseRenderer with a continuation that runs AFTER a wake awaiting the same release promise. The wake re-materializes the window first, so the park's unconditional 'page.window = null' dropped the fresh renderer off the record on every wake-during-park overlap: leaked BrowserWindow (close/destroyAll walk page.window), the page listed parked and live at once, and the wake reporting success against a blank page whose load no-oped on the nulled field. The park now owns only the window it destroyed: it leaves the record alone when the field changed under it. The existing race test drove exactly this interleaving but asserted window identity, not residency; it now asserts both and was red before the fix. P1 — a park that rejected skipped the backoff assignment, so the next reschedule saw a deadline in the past with zero backoff: an instant re-sweep failing the same way forever. Rejections now continue to the backoff like a no-progress sweep. P2 — stop() was not terminal: it cleared sweepInFlight, so a still-running sweep's own re-arm no longer saw itself in flight and scheduled a check after shutdown (destroyAll's window teardown could do the same through the 'destroyed' handler). stop() now sets a terminal flag reschedule honors. Coverage seams the review found (each seam's mutation previously left the whole suite green): the real bridge isActiveBrowserPage (tests only ever stubbed it), the runtime isBrowserPagePinned composition the backend's pin option is wired to, explicit-page close of a parked page not waking it, and the CLI '(parked)' suffix.
