* feat(native-chat): resuming interrupted chats runs in the status bar Pressing Resume in the restart dialog now closes it and shows a "Resuming N chats" spinner in the status bar until the host answers, the way a skill update does. The in-flight state moves from the dialog into the shared offer store so it outlives the dialog. * fix(native-chat): keep a resume dialog the user reopened mid-run open A footer Resume closes the dialog at once and the status bar carries the run. Its settle step still closed any dialog open when the host answered, so a dialog the user reopened mid-run vanished under them even when a chat they had left out was still offered. The handed-off resume no longer closes the dialog when it settles. A confirmed host answer with nothing left now retires the open request in the store, so the request cannot stay latched over an empty offer. A failed read still only hides rows and keeps the request. * fix(native-chat): a resume settling never closes the dialog A row Retry that cleared the last failure closed the whole dialog, even while other chats were still offered (a row Dismiss left it open), and even when the user had closed and reopened it mid-retry. The dialog's open request now changes only through the user's own ways out (Close, footer Resume, Dismiss all, Open chat) or the store's retirement on a confirmed empty host answer. * docs(native-chat): the resume dialog comment no longer says the skill dialog closes on update * fix(native-chat): each opening of the resume dialog starts from the default ticks The dialog never unmounts, so a chat unticked before Resume stayed unticked when the dialog was reopened, and after the run it read as a disabled "Resume 0 chats" over the one chat left. * fix(native-chat): a dialog reopened mid-resume ticks only the chats being resumed Each opening starts from the rows' default ticks, so a dialog reopened from the status bar mid-run showed a chat the user had left out of the resume as ticked. While a resume is in flight the rows now show the store's in-flight set; once it ends they show this opening's own ticks again.
