l0ng-ai f5a2673fcf docs: replace the README tour with the new 46-second film ...

The new cut follows one story: quit the app and the agents keep
working, reopen where you left off, every agent at a glance, one agent
handing work to another through the CLI, and sessions restored after a
reboot. Every product frame is the real app. The alt text now matches.
